Jerry Storch, Chairman and CEO of Toys R Us says he was counseled to take daily stock –- of himself. “Stare at yourself in the mirror, and say: ‘Do I respect that person? And will I be proud of what I’ve done, what he’s done?’ And act appropriately”, he told "Off The Cuff."
