When am I going to be declared the winner and get my point? My bet was that the Aussies were going to take any remaining assets, sail down under and you would never hear from them or Radient again.
4 1/2 months later, I am right on track. The Aussies had a deal back in 2011 with Radient for the territory of Australia and New Zealand. Maybe one of the Aussies contacted Mac and asked why he gave their territory to UNI Pharma? Maybe they inquired about buying equipment? Who knows but they did contact Mac and he just gave them the company, lock stock and barrel. I doubt the Aussies had even looked into what remained of the company, debts, etc. until after they effected control.
After they put out the 8k, reading the filings would see that reorganization would be impossible. patents gone and there is nothing left to reorganize about. I think the Aussies gave up on any idea of reorganization and just took the assets. Everything point that direction. Everything DC and Woofie say is just garbage.
BTW, I emailed SRL and they still have the test in their catalogue. I was given the test number.

well, look at the facts . . .
PFE has money, RXPC needs money
PFE is listed, RXPC needs to be listed
PFE develops test, RXPC needs development
PFE records filings, RXPC needs to
PFE is a corporation, RXPC needs a corporation
IT'S A PERFECT FIT!!!
and the kicker, neither PFE nor RXPC has released ANY INFO about a merger . . . an obvious news blackout . . . look for the deal to be announced soon . . .
And all I can think is "careful you don't step in that pudding."
wolfman and dcspka -- do you two have ANY idea how ridiculous you sound?
You are pumping a stock that is revoked and is never coming back. WHY in the world do you persist?
You have the patent info 100% wrong as always -- you misconstrue and twist every fact available to us... WHY? What do you hope to gain from this pudding storm?
Good God. This has gone BEYOND absurdity.
that's not much, you're only out $300 - $500? Consider yourself one of the lucky ones.
Read the last 8K filing from RXPC. They said the company is insolvent and shares would be revoked. If there ever was a death knell, that was it. The odds are not good that RXPC will ever come back from THAT.
Sorry for your loss. You can hold them hoping for something to happen. Eventually, when you get tired of hoping, you can probably ask Scottrade to wipe them out so you can take the tax loss. I dunno, give it a year maybe? If you don't need the tax writeoff in 2014 give it until Dec 31 2015? I don't see any point in waiting longer than that. If you get bored waiting, you can read the carnival barkers on iHub explaining their latest takeover theory -- I think the White Angel buyer this week is Fortis but next week, who knows.
Watch out for the pudding on iHub. Don't step in it. ;-)
hmmm no one knows for sure whats going to happen to the existing shares of RXPC right? i have even contacted Scottrade. They have no clue whatsoever.
the rumors of a takeover are possible, but NOT LIKELY . . . if it did occur, the RXPC shares would not be included, they are void in DE, along with the corporation that issued them . . . you can search the CIK# for progress, but don't hold your breath . . .
I know... It sucks... Since there were no activity I just ignored it. Heard that they will be issues shares in a different company ? Not true huh?
how many shares do you own, if you don't mind my asking?
wolfman has a billion shares and DC Man has 50 million shares. I'm not sure about anyone else. Just trying to figure out where all the shares are, since no institutions or lenders own reportable amounts.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but nothing will happen to your shares. They are worthless.
You can't sell your shares now, but I think your broker will let you claim the loss -- I'm not sure how that works. I've had stock in bankrupt companies but never in revoked companies.
I wonder if anyone was holding a Short position. They can never cover now. Their money might be gone too. What irony!
I have quite a lot of shares in RXPC. What will happen to them? I just read that the company is removed by SEC - Source (http://www.thestreet.com/story/12767319/1/radient-pharma-rip.html?puc=yahoo&cm_ven=YAHOO )
