It ended the day before yesterday with a typically big party in the game. Those who play the game should know what it looks like. Several thousand players participated everyday in the 7 days testing. Feed back on the game is great! Firefall China has a better picture than the US version. It seems that players would be charged with some items that are free for the US version.
If Firefall can have the success with the 1st tier games in China such as Cross Fire with $700 million USD revenue or the 2nd tier games such as CYOU Tian Long Ba Bu with $400 million USD revenue, it will do wonder on share price. We will know it before the end of this year.
my 9 year old loves Firefall. He keeps asking me to play it. To him, it's more enjoyable than WoW or GW2.
I read that feedback on music was that most thought it was "awesome". The rest of your post is what I'm reading as well, creating a buzz and wow factor by gamers.
The testing of Firefall China started at 6:00 pm yesterday. The test will last 7 days and 12 hours per day. The feed back by the players is very positive. The picture, weapons and techniques are rated as the best for games. They think that it is very innovate game, different from previous games. They see further improvement required on music and story telling. Music is easy part. If they can improve on story telling, that will make this game really hot in China.
I don't think it's the CEO... but I do think it's someone who is able to 'game' the system. If you have enough capital, and also have access to a direct order system (since it's just computer handling the transactions), I'd imagine it's easy enough to manipulate.
All these 100-200 share trades today, total chump change, and then a massive spike and it all ends up where it was yesterday. Is this the CEO just playing around or what?
Someone did not like the earning report and sold in a hurry. Interesting some big buyer stepped in and bought all and more. Was that buyer an insider or someone really confident in Firefall prospect in China? We shall know in the next few months.
I had a strong feeling that was a head fake early in the morning. My guess is someone wanted to make a decent purchase and mm's had to shake the tree to get the shares. I couldn't pick up shares at the low and whoever did got lucky. I suspect something is finally up. Maybe insiders finally got into the act of purchasing in the open market. It wouldn't take much to send us over 2 bucks if such a scenario was to happen.
