Seriously, stop and think about what this company just did this quarter. It is absolutely astounding. Are you kidding me? This is a historic company, one that comes around once every 10 - 15 years. I know, I know, everyone says it will end badly like it did for other tech companies in the past. But when that end comes, if it ever does, is a long, long way away. Cook has clearly shifted the company into another gear and the question of what happens post-Jobs has been answered with a resounding, "the company will continue it's dominance." That is clear now.
Onward and upward. Wow! Well done.
I would suggest listening to the earnings meeting... it is on their website.
I still have my old ipod nano for exercising, jogging, beach, skiing, etc. iwatch will play music without iphone 6. Apple obviously know what their doing. And the China market is going to blow numbers out again over the next 2 years. And iphone 6 sales in US will be even strong...most people haven't been able to upgrade yet (i.e. me) with verizon due to upgrade rules
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Take a look at Apple chart after last earnings report on October 20. Went up next day from 99 to 102 and then up to 119 over a course of only 2 weeks. Lots of Analyst target prices are $125-$135. It looks like it just gains steam... Something to think about. But profit is always good. Chart http://finance.yahoo.com/echarts?s=AAPL Less
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Inverstors will figure this out. Apple will blow away Q2 on Chinese New Year sales.....and then blow away Q3 with AppleWatch driven 6 phone sales. Apple may do $3.50 per share in Q2.....up 135% year over year.
China is Apple's biggest market.....and will be 2x the US market by the end of the year.
People will figure out what China means to Apple, and Apple will go up to Carl Ichan's fair value price.
I can hear Carl Ichan right now saying "come to Papa"........in Chinese.
Yup...many many people waiting for contracts to run out and penetration inChina is just the tip of the iceburg as they build out their 4G...the kind of publicity these numbers will bring will drive significant demand (it'll be even more of a "must have")...and that's counting the IWatch as ZERO....
