I rather liked the idea of their closing the fund at NAV. I'd still be under water, but not as much as I am now and have been ever since I bought this issue.
Not sure what buying back some shares at NAV will do. The price may go up for awhile but then back down lots of real estate funds are currently below NAV.
Anyone have anything to say about the hostile takeover? Price has spiked up about 3 cents. Wow!
