  • With the confidence management/BOD has in ICUI's future, along with the cash/share, and the fact that I have my long position, let's run this puppy and announce a stock buyback program! It's stunning to this investor of over 50 years (old frat) that a competitor doesn't "make a run" at ICUI. Hey BOD. Wait a few more days to make the announcement...so I can add to my position sub 62. Thanks. ( would it be a real sheisser should an announcement be made in the next few weeks. I'll be suspected on insider information. Right!?..which I rarely am )

Thanks for your answer. I've posted twice and each time respondents have provided intelligent and useful remarks; however, using adjectives including 'flaming' and 'naive' which are better than more aggressive words. I'll still give you a 'thumbs up" for providing the information. Again, thanks.

George Lopez has been selling shares for years. To read anything into this is naive. If you would have sold when he sold, you would missed a great ride.

ICU Medical, Incorporated (ICUI) (Previous Close: $57.40, Get Quote) (Ratings, Earnings and Dividend History)
    Updates:
Director George A. Lopez unloaded 4,300 shares of the stock in a transaction that occurred on Wednesday, August 6th. The stock was sold at an average price of $57.77, for a total transaction of $248,411.00. The sale was disclosed in a legal filing with the Securities & Exchange Commission, which is available at this link.

  • "Director George A. Lopez sold 10,700 shares of the company's stock in a transaction that occurred on Monday, August 4th. The shares were sold at an average price of $57.19, for a total transaction of $611,933.00. The sale was disclosed in a legal filing with the Securities & Exchange Commission."

When the will these pistardos stop the downward pressure on the stock...and what do they know about upcoming earnings? Compared to average daily sales, Dr. Lopez and other Board members are single singlehandedly surking the Longs. YES, I know...if you don't like the heat get out of the kitchen i.e. sell my stock. The SEC, NYSE, and Justice Department are supposed to PROTECT (like a prophylactic) the general public or 'little guy". I must be the last schmuck left tired of being surked by insiders and the erectile dysfunction of NYSE and SEC-WAKE THE HELL UP!. Break out the vasoline and your Trojans 'cause we're getting screwed.

    What;s up?

Hi; I give you a "thumbs up". My comment is from the prospective of a long term holder who has watched insider sales continue at prices below 60/share; little positive public relations; Doc unloading his position (probably for estate purposes); a "gang buster" balance sheet; Needed product; no dividend; and 'dead' money in a stock market that has gained 50% since this puppy saw its last high price. Good hunting to all us longs.

Respectfully disagree with your flaming comments. Good organization... novel (CLAVE-based) devices, many efficiency programs have created a fairly effective operation. Just needs fine-tuning of the sales organization, and recruit visionary leaders and customer-focused (market focused) product development. Previous product development was strongly influenced by Doc Lopez; he's still on the board, but "not all there" since some kind of free diving incident a few years ago.
However, as you suggest, ICUI is not likely to be a growth stock for the next 3 years, unless product innovation returns (and many piddling managers are developed into focused leaders...sigh).
    Best wishes to all.

  • Not ICUI. Are the insiders selling again into earnings? Can they possibly miss their miserable earning/sales projections? Where's Carl Icahn when we need him while we're in position to get "bag holder" of the year award.
With this balance sheet and needed product...what a bunch of douchebags!

  • Revenues driven by recent contracts for the most advanced life saving diagnostics will expand 150 times in the next 24 months. And that is just the beginning!

Millennium Healthcare (MHCC) recently announced newly SIGNED contracts with ACO’s IPA’s and MSO’s to provide exclusive, state-of-the-art, non-invasive cardiovascular and cancer diagnostics to 1,300 locations that will escalate Millennium’s current revenues of $2 million per year to over $300 million per year.

Cardiovascular and cancer diagnostics rolling out to physician’s offices this year.

Revenues will begin rapid growth by year end.

Market size for Millennium Diagnostics is 35,000 primary care offices. The first 1,300 recently contracted with Millennium and the rest are standing in line to sign up with Millennium because:

§ Millenniums program increases physician’s revenues dramatically
§ Millennium’s diagnostics are fully paid by Medicare and are free to patients
§ Millennium’s diagnostics appeal to patients because they are life-saving, fast, painless and highly accurate
§ Millennium’s diagnostics are exclusive from Millennium only
§ The physician pays no up front capital costs

Millennium’s market cap is under $40 million today and shares are selling at under $1.00.

What will this growth do to the price of MHCC shares?

Millennium HealthCare is well positioned for explosive growth that is rarely seen.

fairly lame leadership (Dr Lopez was exceptionally intuitive/successful... the rest are low talent cronies). New CEO needs to do some housecleaning. (Prune the proverbial rose bush - for new growth)

    Sentiment: Hold

  • Various BOD and officers have been selling, which appears to keep ICUI from moving up. Whether these sales are normal options exercises, or outright dumping as in Dr. Gomez, we'll soon see. Hopefully the insider sales is not management's quiet statement on the future of ICIU. If so, they should get the hell out NOW. Thank you.

    Sentiment: Buy

  • $70 - $90 buyout price coming soon.
