you will see that the value of this compound will be a lot more than the total value of the shares at this moment. But I am affraid the shares will be gone soon and somebody else is going to get all that value. Common shares are fraud. I remember you from the ELN board when Tysabri got hamered. Good luck too.
I agree 100% with you. This is a huge fraud, sort of organized crime.
I don't know what recourse it is. Just for the heck of it, someone might try to buy the patents and own it. Amgn will be shrewd enough to grab this stuff, before someone else lay their hands in it.
Let us see how it goes.
they put people behind bars who steal a pack of sugar..but this kind of crime is legal...legalized crime. I have now seen it happen so often that my conclusion is: organized crime.
Why was Takeda slammed with 6 billion?
Would you care to take a stab at listing other killers that are still on the market.
Well then try listing all the ESAs that have not been suspected in patient deaths.
I'm sure you know better than the exec at FMS.
Do you know the condition of the patients in this market.
You do know the population this is approved for don't you.
Crime does pay...in 15 years I have seen dozens of HOT biotech stocks disapear this way....its plain fraud to steal money..nothing else...its crime
You can download the communist manifesto, Das Capital, and Rules for Radicals for free and skip all those big tuition payments.
Sorry to say this but I told you arrogant longs so. Enjoy your investment loss write offs for the next ten years.
I agree, should root cause found a potential buyer would have bought a Blockbuster drug for 10-20 mln$! I don't understand the pessimism here about Peginesatide, it works or better worked for many patients with tremendous condition and was a cost efficient alternative to already marketed products...current pps reflets no value to IP and Nols, company should find a buyer and doesn't liquidate and close doors!
Takeda did not find the root cause. Whoever buys it out they need to work on it to find the root cause.
I think AMGN / FMS can join together and decimate the infomation. Currently the share pps reflects the worst case.
imo 10% chance, remember that peginesatide was rumored to become a Blockbuster drug, buying their IP for 15mln$ or 0.30$ may kill the only available (long time ago) competitor to Amgen and J&J drugs in the Sector
No company is going to market with a drug with this history of Peginesatide... it would be suicide.
Takeda just paid out 6 Billion in fines for Actos, so it was a case of once bitten twice shy that there was no possibility that they were going to retest the waters with Osmotis after its withdrawal. Due to the Impossibility of defending a "known Killer" returning to market, any new party would be insane to tread the lawyer infested waters of the United States with such easy prey.
Eat the losses ( Yes it Sucks ), and move on to open waters ... slow prey gets eaten.
Sentiment: Strong Sell
Peginesatide a great drug neverthless side effects and deaths (sad, very sad) but Takeda didn't find manufacturing and quality faults may be a company may try to re-test drug in new clinical trials in order to get limited approval, many people benefited from the drug. too. We'll see, I'm in at 10 cents because it's a bottom imo, may bounce hard but we need time and good news
There are 2 competing parties might be interested in the assets. One is Roche and another is AMGN to get hold of what is left. Atleast they will ensure it does not fall on others hands.
This is the worst case scenario. It is not worth to sell atleast now. Let us what happens.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
We've been in wind down since the hired TBG more than a year ago. Ask FMS if they want the drug.
Their Valetine's day letter stated the AEs were the same as other ESAs. Who could possibly benefit more than the dialysis center that uses it.
Watching all this time then you know how suspicious these events have been.
Apply the same scenario to any pharma and we'd have no pharma.
There is criminal activity here and the parties involved are keeping quiet with the support of the FDA and SEC.
Two plans are being run simultaneously, end of story. We all know the cash is limited so they will try and make a deal during the wind down period. We will know how long we have when the special shareholder meeting is announced. Good luck
