The Drug store America use to trust just fired its CFO and retired its President of Pharmacy services, and they clearly stated they will not reincorporate overseas to capture tax revenue paid in the USA.
Walgreens is losing operational advantages to its competitors also, as it sold off its PBM, HQ ownership and its USA wholesale warehousing operations for prescription medications.
Walgreens intent to replace this lost advantage with Healthy living with nail polish, lipstick, cigarettes and Blue moon beer sales as they cuts operational spending by 1 billion dollars.
