my laptop already has display port. But all indications are that INPH does not have any sort of backup plan. Just one egg in the basket!
Are there any business fundamentals that would indicate INPH will be around when Displayport takes hold?
Sentiment: Strong Sell
How does the company justify a high price for the HDMI version of the product. HDMI is already an outdated technology that should have been there from the start - so now the already overpriced item is even priced higher? WHAT? - Impress us - what are your plans for Displayport?
My last trade alert with UltimateStockAlerts was pretty bad. They owned up to it and admitted that it wasn’t their best alert. I guess you can’t win every battle. Will try my luck on the next alert.
When? They happen day in day out on these $1 stocks.
Why Can't the GOP fund this INVESTIGATION?
I bet this PUMP was a payoff to some politician!
School Districts Update Servers, Storage, Security
2015-06-04 With more than 412,000 students, 33 school districts and 500 school sites, California's San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools (SBCSS) has deployed an array of hardware and software solutions to accommodate a limited physical space for housing servers, as well as to deal with networking and security needs.
One of the primary needs driving the discussion for new solutions was the inadequate space within IT headquarters to house more servers. Powering and cooling the proposed additional servers was another challenge.
"Our computer room was bursting at the seams," reports Dave Evans, system security research officer for the SBCSS.
As a result, the county decided to switch to a virtual solution. After selecting VMware, the IT team began consolidating physical servers into virtual ones with the use of Dell PowerEdge blade servers.
The county also deployed Dell's KACE Systems Management Applications. The apps enabled the IT team to reduce its OS migration time from Windows XP to Windows 7 on a single machine to an hour or less — down from 24 hours-plus previously.
The increased functionality available through these new solutions has been essential for various reasons. First, the SBCCS is in the middle of four significant initiatives, including the continued expansion of Common Core standards, as well as a new funding model, and these solutions help support them.
Second, the county covers a geographic area of 22,000 square miles, making it the largest county in the United States. For that reason, it's important to have efficient holistic, end-to-end solutions in place.
Evans is confident that these technology solutions have given the SBCSS the ability to enhance, modify and readily prepare for needed changes in the future. And that's imperative, he adds, as the districts "surprise us with new endeavors that we may or may not know about."
Another SHILL SPAM ACCOUNT created JUST NOW to pump this stock. What douchebags and loosers Wall Street is built upon.
Looking at past data it has a tendency of going straight up once it around 1.19 ish and I feel its about time to go up. im not saying to buy, im saying to hold until it breaks 1.47 and buy if it breaks 2.1.
I am always doing due diligence on stocks and companies behind them. I own no shares in Interphase currently... but looked into the company based on the recent jumps. I have to say... penveu is awesome from an education standpoint. I can see this thing taking off.
Yeah, videots have some of the worst spam I've seen and some of the antics were pretty bizzarro even for Yahoo.
I see the float at over 8 mil shares, so today it was more than quarter of the float changing hands (NASD counts 1 trade as 2) which is 100 times average daily volume! There is hardly any short interest, so it's not a squeeze.
This company is for all intents and purposes, an IPO with a visionary product but unproven business. Maybe that's could invite some mentally unstable people and this kind of reaction.
of a fund doing just that, go to sec gov to check it out.
glad they are not an active sec , it's good for the USA.
Forgot to mention, the VP of Global Sales and Support, Randall McComas is also retiring today. All this coincides with the brand new announcements of a "shipping" new penveu system:
Interphase Corporation (NASDAQ:INPH) Confirms On Shipment Of New Penveu® System
the new HDMI® versions of the award-winning penveu® interactive display application have started shipping. These versions feature HDMI output and input in addition to VGA, which makes it easy to connect to various forms of audiovisual equipment and in complex audiovisual environments.
Interphase reported that the new system being introduced with model offers numerous feature enhancements. The system incorporated latest advancements and made several noteworthy improvements compared to older version of penveu performance.
The latest product also provides support for Chromebook® computers. It is again a noteworthy achievement as Chromebook products are witnessing accelerated growth and adoption in the vast education market. The version 1.5 is made available as a free update for existing users of the previous penveu VGA models. The company said that they will notify the registered users about the latest developments.
Completely agree about lack of insight into cyclical and long lag time nature of selling / testing / development environment.
Thanks for mentioning the article. Had not seen it, but just read it. Not sure "cocky" is the right word, but he clearly thinks his opinion is special.
If only he would apply his vast insight into anticipatory planning - like finding out the PURCHASE CYCLE LAG TIME for innovative new industries to enter. The lengthy series of delays and problems with developing Penveu demonstrated arrogant WHACK-A-MOLE engineering, not brilliance.
As engineers say - given enough time and money, they can build anything. The philosophy works best in the Defense Industry which TI formerly participated in, however. NOT in a competitive commodity market with the Chinese.
Last I checked, the existing float, meaning trada-able share, was near the 1,500,000-ish mark. but maybe the funds have liquidated so much the float is larger. It's been a while since I checked that arcane figure.
I'd like for your analysis to be correct, as I really had no explanation yesterday for dropping their line-of credit. Analogous to not just paying off your debt, but cutting up your credit cards when you're being laid off.
This does smack of manipulation with the *shill* accounts for the vIDIOT site and mentally unstable showing up.
I always thought LAZINESS was the step-mother of invention . . but fear of starvation can be a great motivator..
