Comcast does have sucky Customer Service. I had an appointment for a Cable Tech to come out and no one ever showed up! That was just one problem. It makes me think they are on a quota or something to get you off the phone because they will tell you what you want to hear and not worried about the customer service survey afterwards. The customer service representative will act like they addressed all you questions over the phone but several days later is when you find out nothing ever was setup or problem never taken care of or addressed. You see, you get a survey shortly when you get off the phone with the representative you spoke too, and because they tell you what you want to hear you give them good marks. It is not until a day(s) later that the representative you talk too was a slack#$%$ and did not address your problem until a appointment does not happen or some other problem was never addressed correctly. However , Comcast is a buy if you want a steady grower that has limited competition.

BTW- Disney has a 200B Market Cap and Comcast has 160B. Disney is 200B off Theme Parks and Content. Comcast has Theme Park and Content acquired from NBC Universal acquisition from GE. In addition they are an ISP, and Provide Cable TV services. If they continue to improve their Content side I see a Market Cap of 250B. Thoughts?

Don't foreget that they have little competition. They have some competition like AT&T in my area. ALL MY PROFESSORS at my University recommends using Comcast versus AT&T. I personally started-out using AT&T U-Verse when I went back to college and sometime my internet would crash taking a quiz or test online. As anyone knows these days, All colleges are going more and more online. But one thing that is also true, Comcast customer service sucks.

2) New and Vastly (IMO) improved theme parks - esp Fast V and Harry Potter rides mean BIG $$$ coming!
3) Expanding WiFi service and Hi Speed Offerings making up for cord cutter losses
4) The stock as sitting near new highs - a break out means NO OVERHEAD RESISTANCE!
5) Cable and Home Entertainment is RECESSION PROOF.
6) New Channel and Services dedicated to 24/7 GAMING will be HUGE. There are 10's of millions of under served gamers out there who can't afford to pay for every single console and game that comes out. Monthly subscription and X1 is a lot more attractive to us. (IMO)
7) Company is currently engaged in a 5 BILLION dollar share buyback program that will crush the shorts.
When a company has poor customer service either one of two things...Company go out of business or grows! If the company is growing despite poor customer service then it is more likely a monopoly or limited competition... I say BUY, BUY, BUY
