that it's not even a workable solution. It might as well be dial up service. It's awful. Have regretfully been a Comcast user for years and dread going through the hassle they give you if you try to drop them but I will not be a Comcast user for much longer.
Oh no, I just got Comcast and I already don't like their customer service. I just got Comcast a week ago and they charged me more then they said they would for installation! Also, they came out and left the cable on the ground. I call customer service After Tech left to find out when Comcast is planning to install cable and they said 2 1/ 2 weeks, plus instead of hooking on a pole like Comcast did for last tenant 9 years ago for previous owner, they wanted to buy it and go across my gutter line, Sprinkler line, and Septic line, when they could have use the same existing cable or remove it and place new one on same hooks in the air. Saving you all the more details, so far starting to be a nightmare getting them to reschedule and have cable lifted in the air and put it on a pole!
You are right, Even though CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. COMCAST has limited competition, and their CUSTOMER SERVICE will tell you just about anything you want to hear to get you off the phone to get their quota. How many of you have Comcast and had to talk to customer service about something and to only find out a day or two later that the Customer Service Representative lied to you and did not do what he/she said they would going to do for you? .
Comcast has horrible customer service, but limited competition. For example, in my area of Atlanta, I have a choice of either using AT&T who is known to sell DSL U-VERSE service less than advertise, plus service goes out at times or COMCAST which has faster speed. Also customer who call in for issues that are not on their automated phone system can really get the run-around and get real frustrated and COMCAST DOES NOT SEEM TO CARE...What are you going to do.... Go back to SLOW SPEED AT&T(Ha-ha). Especially if you are in college and take test online. For, example, you don't want to use AT&T if you are taken a college test online and have it go out on you ..you don't want ATT. BUY,BUY,BUY Comcast they got you!!!!!!!

With so very few having covered such a large float of in the money call options (which expired today), I am expecting a massive buy during the after hours and premarket hours on Monday. Unless we have some kind of huge insider sale (which I doubt) this along with a handsome earnings beat and positive guidance, could propel the stock several dollars higher by the close on Monday - and yes treasureIsland, I am looking at the action in GOOGL and NFLX as my shining examples of things to come for us on Monday.

Because the recovery has YET to include the lower classes - especially the newly formed lower middle class; white collar people who lost their jobs, their homes and are currently working 2 minimum wage jobs to make ends meet. Once they are included in the recovery, I think Yellin will feel like it's safe to give relief to the millions of baby boom pensioners who are clamoring for higher interest rates. One must bear in mind that anyone who HAS a pension is NOT a member of the overly burdened underclass at the moment. So why do we need to raise interest rates again? To reward the already lucky or worse - the greedy billionaire money hoarders.
