Just ten months after an eight for one reverse stock split, the stock is lower than before the split. Adjusted for the reverse stock split, this stock that was issued for $12 a share now sells for 16 cents a share. Maybe the next reverse split should be 100 to 1. Bankruptcy?
If that's the case then why are they trying to sell off the wireless assets and can't find anyone willing to talk. General consensus is let them fold and we'll pick up the pieces we want.
Sentiment: Strong Sell
Wow! He purchased $8400 in stock. That shows a lot of confidence. Insider knowledge.
Maybe why the company hit a new record low yesterday.
Looks like this was the answer to the open market 200k vol. the other day.. some group probably told him to put skin in the game...Last year ... a director Guy Smith was buying shares...He probably now regrets his timing ..
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Anybody notice IDN's CEO bought 6000 shares at $1.41 on June 19th? Can anybody recall the last time an executive used their money to buy the stock? Don't they have $1/share in cash? Isn't book value above $2? I understand their awful history for shareholders; however, with a first-time purchase by their relatively new CEO and their current market cap v. their assets, why isn't IDN a speculative buy? It would be very positive to see more members of the board and other executives do the same as the CEO.
Unless some new contracts are announced within the next week, it appears like the stock was being pumped up. No one took the bait and we are now in the dumping phase. I hope that I am wrong and good news will be released soon, but that seems unlikely.
I am thrilled! It clearly shows they understand the technical aspects of the stock market and are accurate in predicting its future direction. There videos is clear, to the point, straight forward, and NO hype. I came upon this site and decided to give it a try. They have a terrific service. Being able to make money again is certainly a great feeling. Watch there free video.

Define here. Are you S&M I mean... Sales & Marketing.
Other than that the last 4 weeks did show a 10% increase on Low volume...
The Challenge is on for their Sale Team to bring in these opportunities and contracts. In the one year since the March touting of the reorganization of the Sales & Marketing Channel this is only the 3rd legitimate inroad. I am not focusing on Gov. Military. That was a natural business inroad. They need to put themselves in the consumer daily purchasing activity ... I view a concept of companies like... Life Lock... they have a focus on securing Financial identity...the company needs to be real about what they can do better than anyone else...Every Gas Station selling Beer. Vapor lounge...pot house & Grocery store not to mention state lottery and casinos.. should have this embedded tech available to them...
It's not as bleak as wiselama suggests, but IDN clearly has to have dozens of contract wins before the stock will move up in any appreciable way. I don't care if a dollar figure is given in the news release, although that would be good. More important is if any positive news announcements are reflected in their next earnings release. No investor will take the stock seriously until the company shows that it can earn real money and grow sales substantially.
