Why does it say "primarily" in two places in this companies' profile?

Ameren/Union Electric used to produce a healthy dividend with low risk. You wouldn't get rich but you wouldn't starve by inversting in the stock. After Gary Rainwater came to the helm the company really started to go down hill. Too many outsiders, Shawn Burchet, were brought in with get rich quick ideas. Gary Rainwater let Allen Kelley and Bob Powers lead him around by the nose when it came to the Genco. The Genco produced great rewards for about 5 years while Eron was fixing prices. After Eron fell and the great recession started the Genco was doomed.
