    FYI

    by jtinformed Dec 14, 2014 10:58 AM

"30 day wash rule." I was not familiar with the rule so I looked it up; for the benefit of others who might not be familiar with the rule Here is an explanation
Its An Internal Revenue Service (IRS) rule that prohibits a taxpayer from claiming a loss on the sale or trade of a security in a wash sale. The rule defines a wash sale as one that occurs when an individual sells or trades a security at a loss, and within 30 days before or after this sale, buys a “substantially identical” stock or security, or acquires a contract or option to do so. A wash sale also results if an individual sells a security, and the spouse or a company controlled by the individual buys a substantially equivalent security.
Thanks for inspiring some study on my part. Have a great Holiday and New Year;-)

Gave that presentation a good look

The one other thing I noticed (which is probably not an item of actual interest) is that the Ampion product packaging rendering in the slide deck shows a 5mL dose (not 4mL as what the trials are most recently run with). Probably meaningless...

THANKS JT..Hope everyone on the home front is well

  • Having worked for t he FDA I can tell you that scheduling a meeting in December is next to impossible. As with other Federal Agencies many employees have use or lose annual leave so they take it in December. I will find out later when t he meeting is scheduled but am not expecting it to the end of January and more likely February. Don't expect any news from t he company the remainder of this year. However, with tax loss selling winding down and with the 30 day wash rule influencing traders we may still see a Santa Claus rally in this stock. Happy Holidays, JT

you post 1,000 times a day. I think there may be long term potential here, but also risk. that's a reasonable way to think as an investor. you just cheerlead mindlessly. and you dominate this board with attacks against everyone as if we were all short traders. I've never shorted this stock, rarely short at all. and this stock I think would be way too risky because one strong PR could send it back up above $7, which is probably where it belongs IF everything works out. can't make that IF big enough...

Funkmeister#13, do us all a favor and move your posts with Bill and the other Funkmeisters to another board, like InvestorVillage, you guys can talk smack to each other all day over there and the era of civil reasoned discussions can begin on this board immediately after you all move on.

You new shareholders are the lifeblood of any biotech, we oldtimers are here to answer the questions you have where we can. We have many informed knowledgeable posters here about Ampio Pharma, they don't post often but when they do give em a listen, to name a few: JTinformed, brotheroday, KDrobb, rcavalli, superforce 57(sometimes he's grumpy though), grindle, stkanlyzr, and others. Your sources of company info: Annual Shareholder meeting presentation listed in company PR news, in fact all Pr's for the last year are informative as to our developments. Please recognize the shorties will put out baloney daily, just ignore those guys.

Stick around and hold on to your shares, from the threes to the twenties is a hell of a ride.

LMAO, You don't have a date, just more of your BS, What is she doing watching you post BS Late into the night as you pretend to be somebody. You have a date with yourself and Rosy Palm. Hope you wash your hands afterwards. Pathetic. You an acknowledged anti-Semitic bigot talking about hate is beyond Ironic. Do yourself and the Board a favor and spend your weekend with Someone besides the computer. most everyone here is pretty tired of your BS. Baloney King

I am going to be the stink on your BS. Though, LOL, I suspect I belabor the obvious. That your an empty-headed, mentally disturbed JackA** in search of attention. 10 to 1 the blond figures the same about you before desert arrives and heads home safely by herself wondering why she ever accepted the date. Listening to you talk about yourself must get tedious fairly quickly.
