The agreement simply states that to if Soex doesn't do $15M in 2016, Dais can terminate it. Look back to 2009, they had a similar agreement for $200M in China that they received no revenue on except the initial deposit. Seems more like a case of the company pushing out misleading press releases to pump the stock. The financials of the company still don't add up. Also there was the big sale planned of one of the major shareholders, if it was such a good deal, why exit now?
Sentiment: Strong Sell
This is huge news for Dais. This could be the deal that gets their #$%$ over the fence and puts them in the black.
At .25 this morning
"The Distribution Agreement requires the joint venture to make payments to Dais for products that must exceed $15,000,000 in 2016 and every year thereafter and pay royalties to Dais. "
I'm thinking it probably is something to do with the water treatment tech. (Especially with the Army grant)
Cities are scrambling out West to deal with the drought and water legislation.

Peace Brothers & Sisters
well kids, ( I'm 71 and smiling ), a 100 mil. shares is peanuts compared to many others out there.
Its not going to be about what they do here in the USA but what they do in China. In case you don't know, the Chinese have problems with water. So if they do drop back Below 20 again, yours truly will dble up because Dais is on the way to becoming a momentum play.
Yep !! I'm Here...been here for ahile and will hang around waiting for the "Super capacitor" to become a reality.. averaged down to under .10 ...I my view a real cheap long term lottery ticket on the stored energy business....Peace
usually hang out on the DLYT iHub board...
No idea what's going on with DLYT. Not sure who just paid .26 for a stock management valued at just .04 a couple months ago. As you can see from my earlier posts I flipped a decent chunk of shares for a small profit and only held 10k. I've never seen a stock move this quickly after such a dilutive offering took place. In retrospect I guess I should have held a little longer. I get the feeling there are some getting into this thinking it's the next PLUG but NanoCap hasn't been the focus and they never even put out a PR when that patent was granted. I've been around this one for awhile and have seen the grants and projects come and go but nothing meaningful (sales) ever came from them. The company no longer views itself as a manufacturer but as a materials supply company. When you try to get more info from IR you get no response. I'll hold my 10k shares but certainly won't dive in for any more at this level. The Q4 and year-end reports will be out soon, but there is never much discussion of the business in any PR and they do not conduct conference calls. GL.
