"1) To begin with, this is a cheap stock with a very strong balance sheet. In fact, its recent acquisition was done with its own capital and did not dilute shareholders.
2) The second and more important issue is, that the company has reiterated that it is looking for more acquisitions.
3) Because Fonar has the balance sheet to be able to make another acquisition, without diluting shareholders."
Just reported in formal 8k filing by PURE:
The owner of Subway, the largest food chain in the world, through Franchise Brands, LLC, just invested $4million in PURE Bioscience as a strategic investment. This strongly implies that some very large restaurant chains will soon start buying “SDC” in very large quantities. Do you think it might be the 45,000 restaurant Subway?
Several other major QSR’s are likely to follow soon.
PURE is very STRONG BUY because they have almost $8 million in cash, the biggest breakthrough in food safety in decades using biotechnology, and revenues that are about to explode.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
of course you did mr buffett, lol. what are doing here mingling with us "small" people? you are pathetic, quite frankly...
Sentiment: Strong Buy
We're all waiting with bated breath for your short position to begin p%$#yfacejohn
Beauty! More cash and profits roll in for Fonar. The company is growing and nicely profitable. The financials from the latest 12 months are far higher than prior years both for revenue and for net income.
I know a boat load of people who have knee or hip issues and need imaging to diagnose their joint problems to recover the normal mobility. FONR is in the right place at the right time.
The 40% increase in revenue is excellent. Annual revenue is over $68 million now. Net income increased to $13.4 million for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2014 as compared to $10.3 million for the prior fiscal year. Intrinsically, FONR is worth over $120 million. FONR will be over $20 per share and still be undervalued.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Please let us now when you short and the price you shorted at. If you short less than 50,000 shares the share price is unaffected. When the ride is over you'll have learned a valuable lesson. Don't bet against a company with an extreme low P/E at a point it has been earnings positive for 18 straight quarter.
My average purchase price is $11.4 and I bought Fonar shares when you predicted a drop to $9. The 15% until now is super but there is much more profit ahead. The closing today indicate a run again tomorrow.
Last year in September as Fonar traded at $6 I analyzed the company at this board and predicted Fonar would trade at $22. It did in January this year. 2-3 weeks ago I predicted Fonar's EPS would be $1.5-1.6 because of another reversal of deferred taxes. Today Fonar reported EPS of $1.58. My target on Fonar is $23 without any growth. If managements expectation on growth in 2015 is correct Fonar could trade at $28 next September.
I'm sure you will lt us know after the high of the day has been put in and you will conveniently report your position. Internet blogs are notorious for people shorting at the high of the day. Thank you very little but keep your fictitious trades to yourself
The management info on growth must indicate at least 10% or $7M in fiscal 2015. If my growth expectation isn't met the $28 target is not realistic. Revenue growth of $7M and gross profit of 45% improve the operating income by $1.5M or $0.25 per share. Costs cuts (selling, general and administrative costs) is significant in Q4 2014. I expect the cost level from Q4 2014 to continue into 2015. Operating income improve by $1.2M from cost cuts or $0.2 per share. Income before taxes in fiscal 2014 is $1.19 per share. Income before taxes improve total $0.45 to $1.64 in fiscal 2015. Income taxes $0. The growth of 10% in 2015 give Fonar a potential P/E of 17. EPS of $1.64 x 17 = $28.
An objective perspective. A poster who uses empirical data to
objectively analyze stock movements. Not just I hate it, I hate it,
I hate it.
True EPS about 70 cents
True PE about 18
Net cash is negative
Well you haven't been correct about much so far. Maybe this time it will be different. LOL
I would not treat this coalporter as a serious poster as his story changes a lot.
Before he had 2,000 shares now he has 4,000 shares. I understand postions change but not by a guy who has not said one postiitve think about FONR.
If the guy hates the stock so much why did he double his postion.
Not a serious poster or just BS or a paid basher
