Some traders enjoy punishing themselves...Willfull financial misconduct on both sides of any case like this becomes mooted. If putting ed on the end of moot is wrong it would be easier to sue for that..
Well short genious; I merely said. "I don't think the company will meet the requirements". But I could be wrong.
When you short a company that goes bankrupt, you are in the money. There is a tax exclusion that allows to treat the gain as an exclusion. Not only would you have made a huge amount of money, if you have a good tax accountant, you will never pay capital gains.
This happened to me with enron...it was wonderful.
FREE has been doing the same thing as NEWL and will die forever! As a Scam!!!!
Never touch it.
FREE seas......FREE falling, reverse splitting, free failling, reverse spllitting, free failling,.....over and over and over.......
Well from your ridiculous post, you obviously don't know the first thing about shorting or why there is zero chance of a "NASDAQ resolution" All so very trollish.
Just as screwed, because you can't cover when it stops trading ! So there's no good scenario. I don't currently have a position, but if news comes out about a NASDAQ resolution, I'm jumping in.
