The big $$$ right now is going long on SGYP. Anyone that's anybody in trading knows this right now, shorting IRWD will only get you scraps, Going long on SGYP will bring you true wealth.
the CEO selling shares after the rumored buyout at $30 was rejected adds credence to the buyout story. He thought he had a big payday coming, but sold some shares right after the board voted down the sale offer. Makes perfect sense.
BioLargo’s (BLGO) AOS filter has been repeatedly validated by researchers at the University of Alberta to decontaminate and disinfect water 100 times better, 10 times faster, and at 1/20th the cost of closest competing technology.
BioLargo has been invited to be an NSERC chair member to help decontaminate massive tailings ponds in Canada.
BioLargo sits on this chair along with Suncor, Syncrude, Shell, Canadian Natural Resources, Total, Epcor, Alberta Innovates, Alberta Environment and the University of Alberta.
The AOS Filter is the biggest breakthrough in water treatment in history and will be showcased this August to major industry executives.
The showcase will demonstrate the unprecedented results of the AOS Filter and the data the industry is looking for and will explode share prices.
Walter Schindler just joined BioLargo as a key strategic advisor.
When the story leaks out shares will explode. Shares are just starting to move and are a steal at anything under $1.00

Sentiment: Strong Buy
a merger could happen, but unlikely, I'm sure the board & large shareholders would agree ( Paulson) that a merger would not approved. I've done a lot of research & haven't heard of any possible buyers, is Actavis just a guess ? from what I've learned is that SGYP will be bought anywhere from 8 to a staggering 25 a share depending on outcome of trial, when big players jump in a buyout is close!! PS: I took a flyer on micro -cap AMDA last week,$ 3.00 PT you might check it out. also FPRX is starting a nice run, got in @ 22.60
Maybe, but IRWD can't afford SGYP, Actavis can. Actavis has also been front and center on the M&A's last two years. Pfizer has Celebrex and bought Pharmacia for Bextra. Why not sell both drugs like Pfizer did in Cox-2 class?
We know SGYP is exploring a sale, so wondering if IRWD would be buyer as their technology is far behind SGYP's, this would certainly keep them on top with SGYP's superior drugs & outstanding mgmt. team. Long SGYP
I bought IRWD because I'm confident the Cologuard sales will be strong. EXAS reported, not too long ago Cologuard sales stronger than analysts had anticipated. While the IRWD sales force had not contribute to those sales, this quarter they will. I suspect the IRWD sales team will be greeted by Physicians interested in knowing more about Cologuard, and further strong scripts and revenues for both companies.
