Notice the 2 Commies sponsoring the Bill Hack that never put in an honest day's pay.
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Two Senate Democrats want to force U.S. companies to pay an exit tax on any profits held overseas if the companies decide to reincorporate abroad to cut their tax bills, the latest in a slew of proposals to stem such "inversion" deals.
Senators Sherrod Brown and #$%$ Durbin on Friday released details of a bill that would require foreign earnings that have not been repatriated, or brought into the United States, to be taxed as income at the point when a U.S. company inverts.

China will be good place to invest in the period when the Chinese government will decide it is time to follow western standards and laws at least in the means of rotection of investment or patents or any other property...Till now China is a land where industrial and financial crimes are applauded by Chinese government by their silence on every fraudulant issue....so investing in such enviroment is pepsi pure gambling...but very risky with potential reward not justifying probability on potential loss because of book cooking or just simple "runaway of CEO and COO with money"

Sequoia Capital chairman Michael Moritz
Michael Moritz, the chairman of VC firm Sequoia Capital, is a huge fan of Chinese internet companies and reiterated his enthusiasm for the Chinese market in an interview with The Wall Street Journal Wednesday.
The billionaire investor described the Alibaba IPO as a “major landmark event” that is as significant as the Google IPO, and said Chinese internet companies will create "one global battlefield" with western companies over the next decade.
He warned that a lot of US and European companies are still denying the significance of Chinese internet companies, and that the Alibaba IPO will only make more people aware of the booming Chinese tech industry.
"how many times we should read this from you?"
I see the thread heading and i see who started it. Pepsi's a clown. One day it's a breakout might be coming, the next and we're smelling a drop. Over and over again. Pepsi's reflective of the market, schizophrenic. It leads him about by the nose. For the past i don't know how many months. And it's wound up, with all the downs and ups over that period, very close to having gained and lost nothing, while all pepsi's done is make a mockery of himself for even attempting to telling us where it's going.
Yeah, one day he'll be right, whichever way it goes, breakout or drop, but it'll be a case of the broken clock. The cuckoo keeps sounding the same tune, however many cuckoos you want to put in there, but it only gets it right that 1 hour out of every 12.
Most of the market is tanking but we can find strength in our great leader with this below..
Asked to explain the White House's vision of "victory" in the fight against ISIL, Press Sec. Josh Earnest replied, "I didn't bring my Webster's dictionary with me up here."
But then again this are the very people that brought us "Man Made Disaster"...This stuff is so comedic...
