I saw a terrifying Tweet calling for Justin Bieber to become official spokesman for Freedom Industries.
It's time we bomb both West Virginia and Canada.
"You didn't sleep with a conservative yesterday. . . ... Maybe you should have, if you could find one who wouldn't strangle you first. I would recommend they strangle you first so you wouldn't beat them to the punch since you admit your tendency to violence in desiring to punch out one nurse and stab another, "I don't know; can I maybe stab you?" What gives you the right to have these violent thoughts? It certainly gives us a deeper insight into what makes you tic. Do you blame others for your physical pain? You probably do, given your tendency to think like a liberal. Go ahead and punch out a perfect stranger's lights. Hope you do some jail time for the assault. Are you a polar bear hunter? Have you ever joined a group in the knockout game? It wouldn't surprise me if you said yes. You need anger management classes. Maybe obama can give you some free classes, too. "You are ridiculous and everything you say should be ignored." This goes double for you. You're not the first to ever have a kidney stone. You won't be the last. You need to control your anger better. Now get off my thread and stay off."
Thanks for the laffs. I always appreciate the genius of your insight...especially this gem:
"You're not the first to ever have a kidney stone."
And of course there's this thoughtful inquiry concerning my right to imagination:
"What gives you the right to have these violent thoughts? It certainly gives us a deeper insight into what makes you tic."
Oops my thoughts didn't know they required your approval. If you forgive them; they promise to never think like that again.
-No we don't
Shut up, thoughts! You are violent and wrong. Please be more like Clive Bundy and the NRA....be a peaceful thought.
-Nooo...I want to shoot someone.
You are a stupid and thoughtless thought, thought. Remember, everything you say provides insight into me.
-Enlightenment no! 2nd amendment si! porque FREEDOM!!1!
Operation Zero Footprint: The bombshell truth about Benghazi
Written by Allen West, June 24, 2014
(West's awards and decorations include the Bronze Star; Meritorious Service Medal (two Oak Leaf Clusters); Army Commendation Medal (three Oak Leaf Clusters, one Valor Device); Army Achievement Medal (one Oak Leaf Cluster); Valorous Unit Award; Air Assault Badge; and the Master Parachutist Badge.)
For those who don't know: Allen West redefines the word "crazy fascist wingnut:" he beat and tortured a terrorist suspect (ca 2003).
Subsequently, Lt Col. West was arrested on charges of assault and conduct unbecoming an officer. Following a hearing, West was discharged from the military and retired with full benefits (2004)
"At a town hall meeting in Palm City, Florida on April 11, 2012, West was asked by a man in the audience, "What percentage of the American legislature do you think are card carrying Marxists or International Socialists?" West responded that "there's about 78 to 81 members of the Democrat Party that are members of the Communist Party." When asked to name them, he replied "It's called the Congressional Progressive Caucus."
The other stuff you invoke smells like creepy, bitter and utterly humorless animosity. Please don't project your worldview onto my singular experience of being in extreme physical pain. OK? Thx
Can we impeach anyone who has participated in the decision to arm and strengthen al Qaeda? If not, we should!
Apparently you have not read it and I have stated in order to impeach obama and hillary for arming al Qaeda, Boehner and Mitch McConnell would need to be impeached, too.
Cute. However, it occurs to me that while impeaching Obama is at least theoretically possible, impeaching Boehner and McConnell is impossible...because impeaching members of Congress is impossible.
Of course, everyone with half a neuron knows that Benghazi!™ is all about Hillary Clinton. You right wing freaks will keep this alive long after she stomps over whatever inelectable freak the GOP throws at her after the clown cartel Republican primaries to win, because that's what its all about.
I trust Hillary far less than I trust Barack, but seriously? a contest between her and whatever R-flavored sack of stupid that manages to buy his way into the national electoral consciousness is no contest at all.
The low construction rate for single-family homes may still be too high.
The construction rate for single-family homes is about 40% below its long-term average, but even that depressed pace may be too high given that vacancy rates haven’t dropped much from post-housing-collapse highs, one economist noted Thursday.
In August the annualized starts rate for single-family homes hit 643,000 – that’s up about 4% from the year-earlier period, but still almost 40% below the average over the 30 years through last month, according to U.S. Commerce Department data released Thursday.
Given that it’s been five years since the end of the recession, one might expect that there would be enough demand to absorb this relatively low level of single-family-home building. But that’s not the case, Jed Kolko, chief economist at real estate site Trulia, wrote in a blog post. He pointed to government data showing that the vacancy rate for one-family homes rose last year, ticking up to 10.7% from 10.6% in 2012, and not far off from a peak of 11% in 2011.

1) "A law enforcement bulletin obtained by Fox News"
2) Islamic State fighters have increased calls for “lone wolves” to attack U.S. soldiers in America in recent months, citing one tweet that called for jihadists to find service members’ addresses online and then “show up and slaughter them.”
-What a joke. Apparently it takes only "one tweet" for you clowns to poop your pants in fear.
3) There will be “a continued call – by Western fighters in Syria and terrorist organizations – for lone offender attacks against U.S. military facilities and personnel,” warned a July law enforcement intelligence bulletin from the Central Florida Intelligence Exchange, a state-run agency that gathers, assesses and shares threat information and works with the Department of Homeland Security.
-If memory serves, the 9/11 terrorists (including Mohamed Atta) obtained their pilot licenses in Florida...under the purview of Republicans watchtowers Gov Jeb Bush and Florida SoS Katherine Harris.
Give it up and stop jabbering about foreign policy and economics. You are a complete idiot who has no business discussing anything except maybe cupcake recipes and what it feels like to be always wrong.
Plus, it appears there is some serious double billing going on:

So one weekend last June I woke up around 3.am Sunday morning. Tried willing myself back to sleep, but that didn't work so I pulled my favorite soporific from the bedside table: Mann's 'Magic Mountain.' After awhile, a kind of deep pain presented itself deep in my lower ab area, including the groin. Kind of a burning ache that makes reading impossible, but more on par with simple discomfort. I'm thinking 'Hmm, no spicy food and didn't sleep with a conservative yesterday' so drank a bunch of water and took some aspirin. Tried to watch some TV, but that didn't work, so I took some advil while thinking about going to the emergency room and then went outside for a walk. 30 minutes later, I go back to sleep....by now its 7 am.
Woke up 3 hours later in excruciating pain that went thru from front to back...as if everything between my nuts and my liver was melting. Spinal injury? Perhaps. Clothes on and then drove myself to the nearest hospital emergency room parking lot where I basically abandoned my car. Checking in was hilarious ('on a scale of 1 to 10, how much pain are you in?' 'I don't know; can I maybe stab you?') , and then I was taken into a room to get my vitals measured, where a nurse said 'Hmm, your HR is 70 and your BP is 170/97... you really are hurting.' I so wanted to punch her.
So anyway, long story short: I'm taken to some emergency room and eventually am given 'the its probably just a kidney stone, but imaging is required to confirm' diagnosis. CT scan confirms:yep kidney stone! So another timeless interval watching Brazil lose to Germany on TV and then I'm given prescriptions for pain and urethra dilation and some filters to pee into.
40 minutes after getting home I passed the stone (into one of the filters). Looked like a peppercorn.
Total cost: about $15,000. My bill? $1600.

Impeach obama. Can we impeach anyone who has participated in the decision to arm and strengthen al Qaeda? If not, we should!
Apparently you have not read it and I have stated in order to impeach obama and hillary for arming al Qaeda, Boehner and Mitch McConnell would need to be impeached, too.
Rep. Tim Bishop (D., N.Y.) warned during a recent speech that up to 40 radicalized U.S. citizens who have fought alongside the Islamic State of Iraq and Levant (ISIL or ISIS) have already returned to the United States, where they could pose a terrorist threat.
Bishop claims that of the 100 or so Americans who have traveled to the Middle East to join ISIL’s ranks, some 40 have returned and are currently being surveilled by the FBI, according to his remarks, which were filmed and uploaded to YouTube last week.
“One of the concerns is the number of U.S. citizens who have left our country to go join up with ISIS,” Bishop said during the speech. “It is believed there have been some number up to 100 that have done that.”
“It is also believed that some 40 of those who left this country to join up with ISIS have now returned to our country,” Bishop said, eliciting shocked responses from some in the crowd.
These 40 individuals, Bishop said, “are under FBI attention and surveillance. So they are known and being tracked by the FBI.”
Really? Scientific analysis indicates written language was invented in Iraq (by Sumerians) around 6000 years ago...and by "written language" I mean written symbols approximating human speech. This writing system was called cuneiform because it was expressed as wedges pressed into clay; further, it was syllabic, not alphabetic. Syllabic writing means words are written according to their component syllables. Later Sumerian cuneiform is extremely important as it became the first agglutinative language (combining elements of words, and words themselves, to create new words) This explains why most modern languages have prefixes, suffixes, and adverbs.
Fast forward a few thousand years. Additional scientific analysis shows that the first alphabet was created by the Phoenicians from the easternmost part of the Mediterranean (Syria/Lebanon) around 3500 years ago, and from which almost all modern alphabets are derived....especially ancient Greek and -hold onto your pants- Aramaic. Indeed, the world "bible" is itself derived from the ancient Lebanese port city of Byblos.
There is much more to say about the scientific inquiry of such things, but since you equate science to fiction I hardly see the point.
Regarding "good faith" as a principle insofar as general usage goes, I almost never assume modern conservative/Republican statements are made in good faith.
"(Wikipedia) In philosophy, the concept of good faith (Latin: bona fides, or bona fide for "in good faith") denotes sincere, honest intention or belief, regardless of the outcome of an action; the opposed concepts are bad faith, mala fides (duplicity) and perfidy (pretense).
"In law, bona fides denotes the mental and moral states of honesty and conviction regarding either the truth or the falsity of a proposition, or of a body of opinion; likewise regarding either the rectitude or the depravity of a line of conduct. As a legal concept bona fides is especially important in matters of equity (see Contract). Linguistically, in the U.S., American English usage of bona fides applies it as synonymous with credentials, professional background, and documents attesting a person's identity, which is not synonymous with bona fide occupational qualifications."
in line with this, do I really have to cite historical examples to illustrate the right wing penchant for perfidy? It is absolutely true that both Democrats and Republicans (or liberals and conservatives) are dishonest, but hardly to the same degree. NOT.EVEN.CLOSE.
While its true Obama has told some whoppers...
["My Administration is committed to creating an unprecedented level of openness in Government. We will work together to ensure the public trust and establish a system of transparency, public participation, and collaboration. Openness will strengthen our democracy and promote efficiency and effectiveness in Government."]
....the lies told by the Bush Administration (not to mention the coverups) are probably uncountable, and will continue to have negative repercussions on everyone everywhere for generations to come. Obama has serious flaws, and chief among them is using previous administrations as a rationale for his conduct.
Very good, thanks for making my point, scientific analysis is just that, not fact but fiction. we now know that both Ice Age, and Global Warming, was fallacy, and not fact!!!
"Assuming good faith is a fundamental principle on Wikipedia. It is the assumption that editors' edits and comments are made in good faith. Most people try to help the project, not hurt it. If this were untrue, a project like Wikipedia would be doomed from the beginning. This guideline does not require that editors continue to assume good faith in the presence of obvious evidence to the contrary (vandalism). Assuming good faith does not prohibit discussion and criticism. Rather, editors should not attribute the actions being criticized to malice unless there is specific evidence of malice."
I bring this up because during a recent check of Sean Hannity's entry on Wikipedia I came across this:
"Known for Mental Retardation"
The edit has since been corrected, but the point here is that this kind of thing should never have been allowed to happen in the first place. Sean Hannity may be stupid, but he's not mentally #$%$.
On the other hand, if Hannity's entry read
"Known for Demagoguery"
I would have less of a problem, because Hannity truly is a demagogue. However, I also have issues with the site's definition: "lower classes."
"A demagogue /ˈdɛməɡɒɡ/ (from French "demagogue", derived in turn from the Greek "demos" = people/folk and the verb "ago" = carry/manipulate thus "people's manipulator") or rabble-rouser is a political leader in a democracy who appeals to the emotions, fears, prejudices, and ignorance of the LOWER CLASSES in order to gain power and promote political motives. Demagogues usually oppose deliberation and advocate immediate, violent action to address a national crisis; they accuse moderate and thoughtful opponents of weakness. Demagogues have appeared in democracies since ancient Athens. They exploit a fundamental weakness in democracy: because ultimate power is held by the people, nothing stops the people from giving that power to someone who appeals to the lowest common denominator of a large segment of the population."
Welcome to Fox News.
NOW, they are predicting a PAUSE, after the Ice Age, and Global Warming one flopped!!!
The experts are not as stupid as PILO, ALGORXX, and Barry' s purse are however!
The Experts know it is wrong but have an agenda to push their untruths, the MO board posters
Are just little sheep following their leader, the POTHEAD!, and his crew of spin Meisters!!!
That the scientific EXPERTS have revised their conclusions after receiving 40 years of more comprehensive and better data (and better statistical & analytical tools) should come as no surprise, since that is actually how scientific methodology works.
Examples: Brontosaurus never existed; Pluto no longer classified as a planet; there is no face on Mars, etc.
Brontosaurus: an apatosaurus skeleton with the skull of an entirely different (and smaller) species of dinosaur. This was actually known over a century ago, but the term 'brontosaurus' persists even today.
Pluto: discovered in 1930, it is the tenth most-massive object that directly orbits the sun. It was downgraded from planet to 'dwarf planet' in 2006 because its mass is insufficient to clear its orbital path of large bodies, a conclusion reached after the discovery of Eris, a body in the Kuiper belt beyond Pluto that has greater mass than Pluto. The fact that Pluto and its "satellite" Charon essentially comprise a binary planet system (the center of mass for the two bodies lies outside Pluto) may have something to do with this.
What it comes down to is that good science depends on good evidence and the employment of rigorous analytical tools...explaining why only 10% of scientists today self-identify as conservative.
Oh, and there is no "pause;" merely a slowdown in the rate of tropospheric warming. Nobody except idiots assumes such warming must be linear - indeed, it now appears that a great deal of that warming effect is being absorbed by the oceans (70% of the planets surface).
“After all, Sean’s dad whipped him with a belt and he never needed to go to a psychotherapist. He just has to have them on his show three times a week. Mentally, he grew up to be a psychologically healthy adult who cleaves desperately to strong authority figures, lashes out at any perceived weakness, and takes his belt off on live TV. Still, perfectly normal."
If you haven't seen the video of Hannity taking off his belt on his show last week and then whaling on his desk with it while claiming he wasn't traumatized, you've missed a truly special moment in conservative teevee. His three panelists looked shocked. I wonder what sort of conduct inSannity thinks crosses the line into child abuse.
I'm so old I remember when your namesake was screaming about Obama wanting to fund those Syrian jihadists...but after the House vote he's gone oddly silent.
GOP hypocrisy: it's a feature, not a bug.
Hey, remember when you were throwing a hissy fit all over the place about Obama wanting to fund jihadist goons in Syria to the tune of $500m? The GOP-owned House just voted to fund those jihadists, so where is your outrage now?
