I rent two lockers at the Evanston IL Cubesmart. The lighting in the the locker is dismal. I use a flashlight to find things on my shelves. The facility is approximately 30,000 square feet and there is no garbage service. Everyone who rents has cardboard boxes. How can a company not have garbage service with 30,000 sq feet of tenant space? I would gladly pay for garbage service but it's not an option. There are sometimes two employees in the office but only one computer system. So if more than one customer comes in, the 2nd employee can't even help them. The customer service people at the facility are very nice and want to help but it's very apparent that corporate is trying to run the business from the ivory tower and does not pay attention to the details could really make the facility a joy to do business with. I will be looking for space elsewhere in the hopes of having enough light to actually see my inventory on my shelves. Why Wall Street loves this stock that has a cumulative loss of $500 million is beyond me. Dumb institutional money baffles me.
