I don't refute the points of the article. I do wish the source were more credible and unsolicited.
A company running a televised advertising campaign (toyota, subway) to buy *their product* is very different than a company paying a PR service in the guise of a media outlet to advocate buying *company shares*.
Two very different things.
You constantly speak of professional stock manipulators. What is a firm that accepts money and equity in return for positive stock sentiment? Small Cap Network does that for a profession. That is how they make money. Literally a professional stock manipulator.
Would they have written that article without being paid?
Would anyone else?
How would it seem if Subway or Toyota paid a PR firm to publish "news" coverage about their company shares? Pretty fishy.
Cel-Sci and all of their funds should be focused on their trials, on their research, on their eventual product. The same "coverage" they just wasted $40,000 on could easily be achieved if they were as forthcoming and transparent about phase 3 progress, and by that I mean at least the stuff they're legally allowed to share.
I'm not even going to get into it, but they have a history of leaving fair questions from real investors unanswered.
I am two years into holding CVM. I would never sell at this point; It's already lost over half its value and there's still the outside chance it may recover.
Positive trial outcome, positive HPV trial news, positive Phase 3 news. All very good potential catalysts.
You tend to be so fanatical about cvm that you're impossible to have a conversation or debate with. The only reason you're not on ignore at this point is because you do occasionally post really useful, positive information. Plus, I suppose one voice of hope is a little nice in this snakepit.
Faessell is a oenny stock tout whose track record shows that he will promote anything if he gets paid for it.
His suggestion that UCSF endorses Multikine is shameless, but it's the kind of thing that gets ignorant fools such as you to buy the otherwise worthless shares of POS stocks like CVM that he gets awarded for his garbage promos.
Most of Faessell's CVM pump is run through how m uch disease HPV infection is responsible for and hyperbolic estimatres of the 'HPV market.'
Where, canker, is the clinical data in this blatantly distorting penny stock hype piece that shows that Multikine has an impact on HPV- related disease?
It's not there because it doesn't exist.
Anyone can write a piece on how big the market for disease X is, which is what Faessell wrote, His attempts to portray CVM as a leading contender to capture a large part of the market are pure BS, implication and distortion.
hey c assa... You shoot the messenger and say NOTHING about the MESSAGE!
What about YOUR libelous posts where YOU use quotes and don't reveal the source , AND that source is NOT Cel-Sci.
YOU post and PRETEND that it is Cel-Sci you are posting about when it has ZERO to do with Cel-Sci OR MK , OR A P3.
Cel-SCi has 100% of the worldwide MANUFACTURING rights to MK.
There are : 600,000- 650,000 ANNUAL H&N patients at $50,000 EACH .
Using just 200,000 ANNUAL H&N patients = a gross of :$10 BILLION each and every year.
That doesn't include one penny for HPV, Breast , Colon , Prostrate CANCER.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
hey cabbie.... The thread started with one sentence that was neither bull or bear.
**"but to actually try and convince people to buy the warrants is unjustifiable." **
***What is the problem with investors seeing examples and then making their own investing decisions?***
Past Cel-Sci warrants were never traded on a market.
Any buyers , be they stock or warrant should understand what they are doing.
My NUMBERS showed a better profit over stock at $3 and an even MUCH larger profit at $5.
I could have shown even *larger profits* at $10 , $20 , ETC.
**How am I selling warrants that are traded on an open market** ???
If I hold stock awaiting an FDA decision why would I sell warrants anyways near the current trading price ???
Warrants are a derivative of the stock with a time component and highly leveraged.
What investors do with their money is their business.
*****What have I posted that is incorrect??*****
The more the stock prices increases above the Break Even the better the warrant profit.
"It's bad enuf many of us are bagholders sitting with common shares..."
Warrants have been trading for about 20 months, and offer a cheaper way to average down.
Kersten bought 300,000 warrants at 60 cents, with his NET $180,000.
He invested to lose?
359 to P3 completion. By 1 Oct , less than 300???
Sentiment: Strong Buy
From a StreetSweeper article on Star Scientific: "The company won particularly frequent and favorable reviews from Faessel, records show, a former dentist (reportedly sued by a prominent client years ago over eight-figure stock-market losses) who regularly supplies bullish research to a promotional website known as SmallCapInsights that makes money by publicizing risky penny-stock names. Less than two years earlier, for example, Fassel touted NXT Nutritionals (OTC: NXTH.OB) – later exposed by TheStreetSweeper as an overhyped penny stock – in two glowing reports published by SmallCapInsights after it received 450,000 shares of restricted stock (supplemented by cash payments) from the company. NXTH skyrocketed from barely $1 to more than $3 a share over the course of the next few months, records show, but soon plummeted – losing more than half its value in a single day – and now languishes below 10 cents a share."
Ahh.My bad. Yur right! The conversion price is not $1.20. Worse. It's $1.25
I posted to SRL320 as he raised a good question, not that I need to justify why I posted!!!! Who the F do you think you are? Another board monitor like weneednews?
Regardless, the warrants are a VERY bad deal and anyone reading your post understands why you pump the warrants; because you are trying to sell them.
This company has issued COUNTLESS numbers of warrants in the past. How many have been exercised? Bwaaaa.......yur simply a pumping machine.
It's bad enuf many of us are bagholders sitting with common shares.....but to actually try and convince people to buy the warrants is unjustifiable.
