Because Toyota is moving 6000 jobs here and Liberty Mutual is adding also , along with several other company moves to this area , the owners of the property have already rented the house for 2150.00/mth. The increase in the rent is actually included in the contract. So yes, the contract does fix terms, but that does not stop the rent from going up because that is agreed by the two parties.
