Not to mention safer. Currently, car accidents are one of, if not the, leading causes of death. It's projected to virtually eliminate traffic deaths. Beyond saving lives, imagine the savings for our health system, insurance system, the increased productivity from these savings, plus the fantastically more efficient traffic management!!!! The list goes on!!!!!
GLTA (longs that is) :-)
Self-driving cars are not crazy... In my opinion, there is a huge need and market for self-driving and self scheduling and dispatched cars. The population is aging and more and more older and handicap people can no longer drive. These either depend on bus service (almost no-existent in rural and suburban setting) taxies (very expensive) or van service (expensive). The most cost for taxies and vans is the driver. Self-driving cars to those in need to get to grocery stores, doctors, etc could be what UPS and Fed Express are to package delivery.
You would hope the management can share your assessment, authorize an aggressive buyback program with cash on hand and/or through borrowing.
For the love of God if you're going to keep making these spammy posts can you at least limit it to 1 a day? You've made EIGHT of these pointless one line BS posts in the past 2 hours.
Yep, on a related note, they cut COO to save $2m, why not cut CEO's pay package by half or more to cut cost and deservedly so!!! With more than $3M, he is stealing from shareholders!
agree. This company is wasting time and resource. Without innovation and new products, it becomes less and less relevant as day goes by.
