Why did On2 hire Jeff Weiner firm to audit On2's financial and HOW did they do it?
You're nuts. "Too much risk" There is very little risk. All you need is patience & brains to see the obvious undervalued share price. This is why only 5-10% of stock investors earn any real money.
Too much risk with the Google appeal. What method was used to estimate damages?
Thsi has several years to play out. VRNG Investors have alreay wasted allot of time waiting. Well the wait is going to continue for a long, long time. Even when they have little good new the stock always retracts.
VRNG is a waste of time and money.
I agree with most of what you said. However, I don't believe Target, AOL, etc. are concerned since Google had agreed to indemnify them from any damages awarded in the lawsuit. Google is footing the bill whichever way this goes, so the other entities are not worried.
