are you really forced to make up lies? Cant you come up with something a little more clever?
No so far, both WTI and Brent up a little, but the overnights don't really give you a good picture, we'll see when the action gets going. Gas is on its lips, fortunately most of these MLP's that are gas heavy are well hedged in that area, not that the market understands that.
LINE is not going to 0......Go long and you will not be sorry owning LINE. They should declare their distribution for January this coming week so a lot hinges on what they are prepared to distribute to share holders then. Oil will not stay down at the levels it is now. OPEC will restrict their output somewhat to keep the price from going down any further and if the members agree then cutting more output will put Oil back up gradually.
Agreed. Ellis really punted on the earnings call. Again, he either was saying they have no clue what they are doing, or they know a distribution cut is almost certain. They really haven't done themselves any favors.
One must remember that while Ellis really screwed up with the fiasco of the Granite Wash and Hogshooter, he did have the misfortune of walking into a company that was burning off the last of their fabulous '08 hedges. As those ran off, Linn was forced to layer on hedges at much lower prices, hurting their margins and necessitating them to make countless acquisitions to shore up the depleting DCF.
First sentence. No body can say anything.
Are you just referring to LINN or all O&G companies.
Oh Ok, sorry RRB but there will always be parts of a city you want to avoid. As you can see with just these past happenings , you don't know if a criminal is always armed now do we. So this is a reason for the whole country and every individual, to arm themselves. Hell we might as well go back to the wild wild west. And relive those days. Her is an example on how guns hit the street illegally. Vehicles are broken into and a gun is stolen because the owner forgot to lock their truck and take the gun out with them. Oh and this happened in our neighbor hood. And trust me it isn't known for crime. And no one knew till the next day. They caught the thieves but the guns were not recovered. OOOPS
"How about avoiding such areas that are known bad spots and corrupt. Instead of looking for confrontation"
Who said anything about looking for confrontation? No one in this nation should feel intimidated to go anywhere. That Is why concealed carry is so important. Criminals don't know whether victims are armed or not. Note that crime in states where concealed carry is allowed is much lower.
You're missing the point; I'm not talking about the share of blame oil pricing has had here. I'm talking about showing your #$%$ in an earnings call saying you don't know what your own company looks like after acquiring some other assets.
I know a lot of conservatives that believe guns need to be delt with . So don't just bring this as a liberal referendum. Guns are for protection and food. Not shellfish purposes. I own a gun but don't take it every where I go. How about avoiding such areas that are known bad spots and corrupt. Instead of looking for confrontation.
I don't think you clearly understand the Berry arrangement. Berry's value is not intact or preserved.
One more issue is every word he speaks or the statement in let out has legal consequences. The less they speak the more the better!
Every CEO and every CFO is shet scared to utter one word more than necessary!
They have secured enough leverage to continue their activities and I'm very impressed with Berry Assets being separated and remain intact for the values Paid!
At any time they can do so many things with that Asset.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
nobody can say anything until the oil price stabalizes. Until then expecting crystal ball forecasting is absurd.
Somehow Linn energy has managed to trade away most of their permian properties at the peak of permian pricing Just In Time!
Looks to me that while linn energy has its problems, mgmt is currently at least one step ahead of the market.
Yes, the criminals will never abide by the laws...that's why they are criminals. It really is quite comical to listen to liberal logic.
I had heard on TV that Sharpton was in arrears on his taxes, but do not know any details.
As for police, agree fully, not all of them are good, but I believe by far that most of them are good and mean well. It is not a financially rewarding career and requires a lot of sacrifices so clearly, those entering the field are likely doing so because they desire to protect and serve.
Bump to the Top! Please look at this Asset folks, no wonder GS predicted a price of $25!
Sentiment: Strong Buy
If you like the idea of gun control, try living in Chicago (better chance of getting shot dead than during the Iraq war) or Washington, DC or Detroit. Some of the toughest gun control laws in the US. About the only businesses in Ferguson, MO that weren't looted & burned were protected by their owners with their guns. Remember the old saying: "When guns are outlawed, only outlaws will have guns." Try living in reality instead of your liberal Utopia.
Al Sharpton has around $4.5 million in back tax leans that he "forgot" to pay. If he were of a different race he would be in jail in my opinion.
He has a need to be seen on TV and not in a positive way. How can such a person claim to be a man of God???
That is not to say that police could not have handled Brown and others differently - not sure how in the Brown case as he was not a good person (bully at best) and huge, taser them-but if they have asthma or a heart problem they could still die as has also happened... not all cops are good ones but most are as was the case in the Brown shooting.
The murder of two cops in NY was a travesty against all that Is good. At least this sleasebag had the courtesy to OFF himself.
