I expect them to beat the numbers this QTR for the same reason they beat them last QTR. The analyst estimates are now underestimating ZAGG, instead of overestimating. Estimates for the 2nd and 3rd Qtrs were .06 ea and ZAGG delivered .09 in Q2, while .06 is still the estimate for Q3. That may give the stock a little lift as we look forward to Q4 make or break.
Poor management. I have been sending them emails for last two months, asking them to take some actions to restore shareholdervalue but these guys do not care.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
We are back here after some necessary and correct pause and vacationing. have fun
In the next several days, we are going to start buying up ZAGG once again in order to make some $$$$$$$$$$$. have more fun
PS: stay tuned for a new order.
BABA loves order.
now B/A Size 800x51900...someone just dumping ..no confidence in management--fire hales now
someone dumped 125k right at start of session
Sentiment: Strong Buy
no apparent presence in China or India or Japan... as opposed to having an office in Ireland ??... shocking if not not down right stupid if you (Zagg losers et al) are concerned about sales.
Is it just me, or does the info page for this new case sound like I'm reading about condoms rather than a smartphone case?
Examples of the marketing garb include:
- "offers the most powerful break protection"
- "maintains superior sensitivity."
- "splash resistance. shelters your 'device' from life's little spills"
- "Locks out dirt, dust and grime even when you play dirty."
- "Shield. Slip. Slap. Slide."
- "Simple to install and remove so you have more time to adventure."
- "Thin Yet Tough"
Everyone knows that sex sells, so I hereby declare the marketing team to be genius with their plausibly deniable sexual references. :)
It looks very similar to an Otterbox Defender which is what I currently use on my Iphone 5. Though it looks as if it might not be as "heavy duty" looking as the OD which is an improvement. I might pick one up since my current case is getting a bit grungy from wear and tear on the sides.
My only concern for these cases is if the iphone 5S fingerprint ID utility still works. I wouldn't buy a case if it voided being able to use that ability.
Ouch I just realized its $60 .... I guess because it includes the XTREME shield but that is overkill. If you have case like that you really don't need an XTREME shield on it. I can do similar protection for $20-30 with Otterbox. My Iphone5 is still in perfect condition.
not a bad looking case based on the website pictures. but not sure if apple's new cases will diminish zagg's sales potential. still not sure if invisishield is seeing reduced tie ratios.
Apples cases are really ugly.
Arsenal is $60 bucks, I say too expensive. It doesn't need the Xtreme shield, either way the price should be $40 max.
I hope the finger ID still works with it, or their version of 5S case needs it. Not sure why they'd release a case for Iphone5 when 5C and 5S supercede it now.
As someone whose kid has dropped a lot of phones I can tell you that $60 is a better option than the worthless insurance you can buy with a $150 deductible. I can't see his type of case for a business user but for the 21 and under crowd it is priced competitively with similar products.
Well Otterbox Defender is like $30, and your phone isn't going to get damaged in that outside of some obscene circumstance. I've had it on my phone for a year and noticed no issues. So again, $30 vs. $60 for the same effect...
