I agree with that although I believe a $5 premium is more in line.
Here is an abstract thought, a split thus bringing in more investors and in the future starting a dividend.
A looming strike by Verizon might be a game changer.
Ultimate stock alerts has consistently been delivering me with 100s in profits weekly. It is nothing major but it is a nice boost for only a few hours of work. No complaints about ultimatestockalerts here.
I think Charlie is being smart and waiting to see the quarterly reports of TMUS and sprint. I believe he would be smart to take up TMUS and employ DISH's spectrum with them as this would allow the combined company to continue future growth. Myself would rather invest in a profitable growing company like TMUS than a bipolar company like sprint.
Congrats to all us TMUS longs!
This merger makes perfect sense- DISH needs to pony up. Fox news was patting themselves on the back really hard in June for being first out with the merger story and saying it's all but done- where's the beef?
Name your winnings. That’s how easy it is with these guys. 505, 100%, even 500% gains. Try them out. Ultimate Stock Alerts (look them up in Google)
$40 is not a fair Price when they was only Mid 20's when Sprint Rumor hit then the traders drove th share Price up NOT the Company. then returned to about the same price when sprint walked Now it is the Dish Rumor
that would be close I'd been 9 then. I didn't say i bought it only remember it but they was days you could get a night out for a Buck when i was buying it. LMAO
should not be all that hard to Guess . I am thinking DT and Son have been working out the Fine Print on a Partnership agreement since Sprint stepped back from the Bidding Table but can't come to terms how to keep Pinkies Mouth Shut. Sprint has seen TMUS so called Private Data Room but Not a word about Dish getting into it.
I am not sure any company that buys out another don't enter them rooms but No word about Dish
Did you over look the statement TMUS owners went puplic with that they would even consider and Partnership with the RIGHT PARTY ?
Well hello once again Son we do prefer Sprint over Dish and since you and Dish have a partnership agreement already what you say we make it a 3 sum. .
What I have read on the internet, TMUS is in dire need of 'spectrum' if it is going to be able to continue to grow. If this is true, then TMUS must MERGE or ACQUIRE a corporation that has a lot of spectrum.. Any ideas or suggestions?.
There was not a basic problem to begin with... DISH+TMUS would have been approved by DOJ and FCC. However, the merger is different in that it combines two large portfolios of spectrum. Its possible that the FCC would require some of the mid-band spectrum to be given up. That is not a major hurdle because Verizon needs more mid-band and would likely pay a nice price for it. If that or other sale of some of the mid-band happened, that would leave more money in the kitty for the combined company to invest in network deployments.
