This will be a part of Twitter within 6 months or less. This is one of the better pieces of news this company has had in a year.
If he buys a chunk of stock and/or a chunk of Astoria's stock I will buy, but I won't buy if they get free stock!
I don't know about that. I do know that this guy is no nonsense and hes not here to play games. This guy has taken big stakes in the last 4-5 companies hes been in, I have to wonder if he takes Astoria out and changes the complete board.
That is because no one believes in this corrupt management! How come they haven't bought a single shares @ .35-.38 cents? They rather spend $4 on a cup of coffee and get enjoyment!
No doubt that this was coming. It was clearly a staged manipulated fraud dating perhaps a year back in time or longer.
I've talked with the FBI a few times--they know about Tigerlogic. They are well aware of Joseph Pratt Wells Fargo Richard Koe ty along with some of the names you have there among others. If you have anything that you might want to add here is the contact or just leave them your contact.

That's the man who has set this company on it's path. I had an hour talk with this man and I can tell(BELIEVE ME) that Astoria Capital which runs TIGERLOGIC has absolutely no value for other shareholders. It would NOT surprise me if they are already liquidating their shares via short sales over a long period of time. I ten to believe some things that I have read here and after reading the bio of Nancy Harvey, one of Tigerlogic's directors who was involved with fraud in another company, that the same exact thing may be going on here. Now this is CONJECTURE on my part but if you would like to talk with the man, here is his contacts.

Now going back a few pegs, we tried very hard to contact Tigerlogic. I DO NOT believe that the current CEO is anything but a figurehead for the old CEO. I doubt he shows up at the offices much if at all. We tried to contact him 5 times to no avail. Notice he has had little to no content on any PR with a few vague references over on his Twitter. Can you imagine a CEO who has said nothing or done nothing for a company he runs that had a stock price yesterday of .27lol.?? He has options at .90? Why doesn't Justin Garrity buy common stock, his options are at .90. BOD members who sat back and let this dump? Buy options at half price? Nope.
Why this is a big ole Texas fraud going on.
Your comments will serve as great inspiration for management to strive to add value to your shares.
Then just sell each division to the highest bidder roll the NOL in this shell and distribute the cash.
There is no improvement in transparency there is no improvement anywhere that I or any shareholder can see. The last shareholder update is now 2 months ago and they have not executed the cost restructuring that was promised. It doesn't take 2 months to shutter operations.
All that will happen here is pressure to reverse split the stock which does not help 1 person involved. No one who works at Omnis Studios Postano or Storycode are above shareholders. In fact they may be of lower value as they cannot bring back the cost of their salaries.
The BOD has to take a fiduciary stand here for shareholders and sell off everything.
personal ATM. He has extracted Tigerlogic funds for strategic reasons for his own fund? I haven't heard that one before?? In my neck of the woods that called embezzlement. This is a start -up that has a great head start out of the gates. Anyone who was at the Baylor game yesterday or who have visited ATT this year knows that this technology is quite engaging and entertaining for fans. Quite frankly I don't see why it isn't everywhere? That's where bigger hands and reach are important.
In the real world when a stock hits rock bottom a statements must be made. BOD's have to take a fall on their swords and new innovative younger people with no connection to any current employee needs to set the tone there. Great technology with a lot of promise. Porous management with a terrible BOD's and employees who don't treat this as a business but rather a technology culture.
A strong business plan has to be implemented and bigger hands need to come in. This can easily be done. This is much more important than a staff member buying 30k shares.
I haven't seen a material buy sell from management dating back years. We could say on the other side if the company was garbage why haven't they been selling the last 3 years?
Why don't the funds who own 750k shares of Tigr sell? The last quarter there was a net gain of 50k shares. It also speaks to manipulation of stock price that's been going on here for quite some time.
Postano has a chance to be a disruptive technology but the management in
charge today are not people capable of bringing this to the level that it needs to be at.(I don't see it in their resume's) They need a fund willing to work with them. Set up a rock solid business plan. Put money behind the company.
On top of it they have dozens of top tier companies that work with them, A rated multi billion dollar companies
Like a few others in this field, they need to look for a "big brother" so to speak. . Twitter is a logical choice as a big brother. That takes cash burn right of the books and gives them multitudes of new sales channels.I noticed that Postano is hiring 5 new sales personnel in key US cities. That's too expensive without having costs in line. There is a serious disconnect between the current management and the whole process of running a public company. Just from the last CC, I see no additional transparency and they have not yet executed on shuttering Storycode and parts of Omnis.
If I were in charge EVERYTHING would be sold off other than Postano and I would immediately fire every last employee who doesn't equate to ROI other than development. I would look for investment from a Twitter and an equity fund. The BOD are a stale bunch to say the least, they need to be removed. EVERY single one of them. replace them with a couple from twitter a couple from a fund and 2-3 others that make sense. Richard Koe needs to be put out to pasture, meaning he has nothing to do with the company. His hares need to be purchased, even at current prices and he needs to be removed. He has used TIGR as an A
I'm at the Baylor game now, again impressed b y the usage of the Postano technology. It's impressive to say the least and I think(believe) there are multidimensional monetization avenues for this tool. I'm not a social media expert nor am I marketing guru but with the ability to reach hundreds of thousands of people like this it's an advertiser's dream. This is new age advertising.
Goldman Sachs doesn't want to be involved in selling this pointless little company. They should hire Mo's business brokerage and bail bonds to handle the transaction, it's more their speed.
They have no experience handling a publicly traded company. Honestly it's time to hire Goldman Sachs to sell it on behalf of shareholders. They do not have phone contacts they cannot determine who is selling stock when only 675k are held by funds(and there has been no change in that) no change in short interest. They can have all of the Apple's and Intel's' of the world love their technology but the bottom line is they cannot operate this company in a fully fiduciary way. Brad Timchuk and Justin Garrity have zero expertise working within a publicly traded company. The software piece they sold 18 months ago for 25mm is worth twice the value of Tigerlogic which is valued at less than cash. If you cannot show any value to shareholders then you should not be in the seat.
and in the most expensive stadium in the world, the Cowboys AT+T along with the Arizona Cardinals and Tennessee Titans. It's just a matter of time for proliferation. This could be on e of the most under the radar technologies of all time. They havent been able to bring this to investors the right way because if they did, the stock would be trading closer to 5 than .50. They need a professional Cfo with ties to Wall Street who can show what is going on.
