Any ex AJG guys out there? Can anyone tell me how branch manager's compensation is structured. Is it salary and bonus, tied to branch's gross or some other formula based on profit? What about for a regional or state director? Any guidance would be appreciated.

we are seeing too many of these decisions that seem patriotic and business driven. Was there ever a biz case prepared to explore other options. there seems to be just one mantra...send jobs to india. I wonder if there's any kickback scheme behind all these? concerned investor.
