“Is it quite possible that nige is the "Q" in "LBGTQ" ??”
I’m not the One that is in his mid to late 40s and still single, that would be you Clown.
T & DirecTV (Hanna and her horse) have the 2 best commercials out there today. Marketing is a huge competitive advantage in a competitive industry. The merged T wins hands down.
As a long time stockholder and customer, I am dismayed at the terrible customer service currently offered by ATT Wireless.
Nearly a month ago, I got a letter telling me I needed to exchange 2G phones for new 4G phones.
After waiting 3 weeks to get the phones I ordered, I discovered that ATT does not offer adequate 4G service to my residence.
I was told by one agent that the coverage map clearly showed marginal coverage at best. I was then told by a retail store that the problem could be resolved with a microcell.
I was told by a tech representative that my residence had perfect cell reception, so I would need to pay about $150 for the additional equipment.
I have requested on numerous occasions to speak to a supervisor, but was never allowed to do so.
My family has had 5 lines with ATT Wireless for over 10 years, but I guess this relationship is about to end. I will also examine the wisdom of owning stock in a company that can no longer satisfy its customers.
Sorry, Flo. America has a new favorite spokeswoman in AT&T's Lily, the store employee character played with bright-eyed, quirky charm by improv actress Milana Vayntrub.
The 27-year-old Upright Citizens Brigade veteran was originally cast for a single spot, "Supervisor," in late 2013. But her endearingly comical way of explaining the Mobile Share Value plans was quickly a hit, and she's been a fixture ever since in the BBDO campaign.
AT&T figured a customer-service character would be a "persuasive, transparent and believable way" of presenting the plans to various customers and families in the ads, said Meredith Vincent, AT&T's director of advertising.
"We were looking for someone approachable, friendly and relatable. When the Lily construct became a campaign, we were thrilled to find that Milana has great humor and great range as an actress, which really helps to keep the campaign fresh." Indeed, she isn't going away anytime soon.
