Are you sure you're smart enough to be a stock holder ?
The O jerk (and his sidekick) are the most lawless racist leader / leaders of any country since Hitler.
You're definately a product of a koolaid drinking family sharing a 2nd grade education !!
Baptist guy says a major sin. His Moral audit says they are in the hall of shame. ie in the Timmyplan investing group he worships, Disney is on their list to never have anything to do with. ie if you own any Disney, or own any mutual fund with Disney, they say to dump it for moral reasons.
I am from Southern Calif and always believed Disney was a good company. The folks I know who work there are great folks.
My college buddy and his wife are from Georgia. Disney to them is a sin stock, morally wrong and in the hall of shame.
Their " Timmothy Plan" says :
HALL OF SHAME:
"This list is only a small representation of the companies the Timothy Plan® takes pride in avoiding when selecting which securities to add to its portfolio."
Many investors are unaware their mutual fund or variable annuity investments may contain stocks of companies involved in practices contrary to their biblical faith. It is never safe to assume your investment portfolio is clean, especially when you can know for sure. Avoid investing in companies involved in ABORTION, PORNOGRAPHY, ANTI-FAMILY ENTERTAINMENT, or ALTERNATIVE LIFESTYLES.
***THE WEIRD Thing is I aways think of DISNEY as being a great family place and company; thus the Baptist guys Timothy Plan stance seams odd
Right on brother. Too many people not measuring the RISK HERE NOW. Only see upside but no downside. Isn't this the same thing, the lack of risk control, that caused this entire mess in the first place???
Disney just reported a record quarter and the stock is flat on the day. Some see this as a negative sign but I do not. The stock is priced reasonably well around the $86 level and it trading near all time highs. Taking a breather here is quite normal. Next year will be an awesome year with Avengers 2 and Star Wars expected to be absolute blockbusters. I still see DIS trading above $90 at the end of this year unless the market totally falls off of a cliff which is always a possibility.
The Fed is helpless to force any more air into the bubble. Wars everywhere. Obama is running the country into the ground. Government is out of control, the country is bankrupt, and Republicans are no better than the Democrats.
Let's see... They raised the prices at the parks, but they are still full; Four cruise ships now and they sail full (and yes I just got off one so I know); "Frozen" and the Marvel line-up, enough said there. So I would say forecast looks pretty damn good here.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Looks like we locked in 87 for the day.
Next test is 87.30. We need a 5 min block to close above that.
"It's kind fun to do the impossible." Walt Disney
Sentiment: Strong Buy
I think DIS is headed for 120 in the next two years.
I'd suggest hanging on for the ride.
