Well, all of you are always welcome to call DGLY, ask for Stan, talk to him, and then post your comments here. it is not too difficult to do and sure beats posting comments here under some alias, and is probably a much better use of your time then just #$%$ on this board.
If any of you have been invested in this stock for this long , and never, ever tried to call him, then go look in the mirror, and blame yourselves for your loss.
simple concept, pick up phone, dial number, ask for Stan, talk to him!
First, speaking forall of us who have ever lost any $$ here....GO #$%$ YOURSELF....then.....GO #$%$ YOURSELF.....this has been one #$%$ lie after another for the last 10 years. Finra here I come.
Have stated repeatedly that the only facts anyone should care about are those in SEC filings. One can go to jail for falsifying those records.
Reading comprehension aside, would suggest that a careful analysis of everything I have ever posted is truthful or opinion tbd.
If someone did call Stan and was left with a false sense of security or made a error in judgement regarding his comments, should they post them on this board as fact? Should anything meaningful be "teased" to this board like upcoming attractions? There is obviously a strong desire to see the company succeed, color comments in a positive manner, etc. Seems therein lies the danger of putting faith in comments that have been so misleading.
Regular updates from the company should be forthcoming and filed with the SEC. Comments regarding the pros and cons of those documents would be enjoyable.
I am done with this board as it serves no useful purpose.
Look, you have been demonstrated as a liar.
And I sure dont need to answer to you.
If you dont like what I say, then call Stan yourself!
So, according to your statement, Stan was completely unaware of the tax loss IFNY is carrying forward to be used against any future profits on its enormous future drilling projects? Hmmmmm
Ultimately, was your idea is to market IFNY's tax loss as an asset that could be used by an acquiring company to diminish that company's tax liability? Wow, never heard that one before....
Now we have real hope.....
Well OS, you are always welcome to call Stan and ask him yourself.. Same for shoe, or anyone else.
So what I asked Stan was this. What is our net tax loss carry over book value per share. COBV.
So he thought it was a good question and something that they had not considered and he told me he had a meeting with the CFOs this week and would ask them.
It has nothing to do with DGLY, except he was going to ask their CFO the same question. And the DGLY CFO is a big investor in IFNY.
So OS, what is BS is some guy like you who claims he was a long time suffering shareholder, only to find out he has bought and sold a few times. And to claim he was buying shares while he was on this board predicting imminent bankruptcy is just another of your BS statements. I have always made my position known, and have always asked everyone to call Stan and ask him. Seems no one feels like doing that.
Nothing but BS. Saw through the pumping long ago. Hate to see people being shagged over and over and clinging to hope that never comes......
It has to do with our tax losses. I will explain when i receive an answer.
it has nothing to do with DGLY, but he is meeting with both CFOs.
Thought you had pulled an Ocean saratoga and sold, only to reappear.
so save the cmons for yourself!
lsmith are you saying Stan is thinking about merging DGLY and IFNY? That's crazy, no way the investor would allow that at these prices (remember his avg price is $5.50 on new sharecount), and zero chance DGLY shareholders would allow it at higher prices. Please tell me COBV stands for something else
he has promised you an answer within 90 days, but what about the deal with Grenada that is suppose to be closed within 60 days? Where do we stand with that promise?
Well, the latest from Stan.
Wouldn`t you like to know.
He is meeting with our CFO, and the DGLY CFO this week to discuss a few things.
Including what I call COBV.
I will translate that at a time i consider appropriate. He has promised me an answer, within 90 days!
The DGLY cfo is a big investor in IFNY,
