Wow, 8%, I have to agree. Looks like the "private" party is getting a good deal and the shareholders are getting the shaft. They had room for leverage, but at the price, it does make me wonder.
Hugely expensive cost of funding and "convertible". Surprising. Down 5% over the past day.
I still like this stock. I doubt mgmt. would consistently raise the dividend, now $0.50, if there wasn't strong conviction to maintain it.
