Enzon has a negative retained earnings of $79.3 M on its balance sheet. So if Enzon is sold, can the buyer use this negative earning to reduce its taxes or this negative figure on the balance sheet would be worthless to a buyer?

Plenty of milk left in this cow. 29 mill expected income up till 2021. They are going to be paying out cash dividends for a few more years. Also they have 17 mill cash if I read correct and 11 mil in tax assets. I think someone will buy them for that alone.

Why does yahoo have $14.00 price target ? Is there a financial research group there or do they just make stuff up. I will look at Tara cards from now on or read The Street, Just kidding. I don't know how to read.
If I read the 8K filing of Feb,9 2016 ENZN will disolve and liquidate . The question becomes how much is it worth? If I'm correct when they paid there last dividend of $.25 this represented approx $11,045,603 leaving ENZN with 9 mil in cash (
div per 8K filed Feb 9 2016). Has anyone put a sharp pencil to how much more milk is left in this cow?
Received a corrected 1099 div , half of the div was a return of capital . How the hell did the div get classed as a return of capital . (roc) Its less tax of course ,but im not ammending my returns for only 30%-50% of the div as a roc #$%$ crooks
