Israeli Defense Company-should do well as most of them do once trading on Nasdaq in USA
Track previous equities(start ups etc from Israel)that did wekk
Why is that has six bucks a share in cash and is cash flow positive. If you said eight or nine I might say ok we have a disagreement but three to much of an exaggeration to be a respected comment.
Don't think it is right move, but they have more then enough cash to support a dividend. RDWR will grow. Take out cash pretty reasonable price.
Many other players in this market to choose from and not from Israel - the only thing saving this company is its old install base - US management sucks - last time I spoke with one of them the stock was at 35 and talking about getting it to 70 instead, its been cut in half - POS!
Dividend would do nothing. Very strange that they only bought back $3m in Q2 and have $37m remaining. Either they knew the quarter was weak and Q3 is weak and are keeping their powder dry or in discussions. They need to sell to a much bigger company as they can not get it done by themselves.
I am sure management will be in the market today buying shares. If the market wants to let you buy shares at discount near 52 week lows...you take advantage. Plus I am sure the short interest has increased further. The shares did not get back down to 13.38. And the volume was not as drastic as last quarter. The last time management did a buy back after the shares fell the stock went from ~10 to $20...I do not think we get a double, but $2-3...they should announce a dividend or buy a higher growth small cap that compliments their offerings. Or look at strategic alternatives. If I were the z's I would buy back as many public shares as possible and these lower prices before trying to sell...it would be a better return on the cash hoard if you could sell rdwr for 40% premium. A dividend could make a lot of sense as well
Sentiment: Strong Buy
It is very clear having listened to the conf call and the recent trend here that Radware needs to be folded into a much bigger company like Checkpoint or IBM. They don't have the sales coverage or high enough contacts to get it done. Revenues in North America are growing nicely so it means their solutions are very competitive, but they lack WW coverage. The DDOS market alone is $300m a year.
What a difference a couple of weeks can make. The technicals look pretty horrible now. Thank you Fed for putting the fear of God into the market.
