BioLargo (BLGO) just announced that researchers conducted a confidential technical symposium August 17th at its laboratory on the University of Alberta campus in Edmonton Canada. Over 30 individuals representing a wide range of interested stakeholder groups including science, research, academia, industry, engineering, federal and provincial funding agencies, investment professionals and a leading global philanthropic organization attended. BioLargo scientists presented results of experiments and studies validating the company's technical claims that the AOS Filter is less than 1/20th the cost of the nearest technical competitor, at greater than 100 times the efficacy (disinfection), and more than 10 times faster. Researchers presented confirmation of more than 100 studies replicating these findings, demonstrating the AOS Filter's important role and high value in just about every segment of the global water industry estimated at $350 billion annually.
Independent researchers refer to the AOS Filters disinfection rates of performance as "unprecedented". The AOS Filter combines iodine, water filter materials and electrolysis within a flow-through water filter device, generating extremely high oxidation that eliminates soluble organic contaminants that are commonly found in many types of contaminated water. Studies prove extremely high rates of disinfection, eliminating infectious biological pathogens likeSalmonella, Listeria and E.coli in water.
This amazing AOS Filter technology is ready for commercialization and the company is ready to soar right now. Read the press release.
Put shares in your portfolio before they are $5.00 and then $10.00 and then $20.00. This could be one of the biggest winners to come along in a long time.
Sentiment: Strong Buy

Yes, please do your due diligence. They have many facilities besides the one that had the tiny (injury free thank God) fire that in my opinion they are over insured on. Ohio, other Delaware facilities, and New Jersey for openers. Are those plants effected? Of course not. Their own press release even made it clear that the plant where the fire occurred (Delaware) continued to operate all the other lines at a reduced rate as a precaution. They did not shut down. If market didn't get killed Friday this thing probably closes the day at $34 in my opinion. In my opinion be ready for more selling in morning (again flush the weak sisters out) and then the people who loved it days ago at $34 and $35 (I believe institutions) will grab this like lightning. Time will tell, if market goes to the sewer and that could mean another leg down, but my associates and I will be there with "catchers mits and dump trucks" to buy all we can at prices we believe are at insane bargain prices. Please do your own due diligence.
I think you are spot on and also bought more on friday and will add if go under $30
They took out all the retail investors who were told to put in a trailing stop loss of 10%. Think there will be big news in this sector.
Agreed, they will just roll whatever they need to fix into maintenance season and it shouldn't have much of an effect on financials. Also, their latest acquisition, which was a steal, will more than make up for any near term problems this small fire might cause. I think this stock will be $45-50 in the next 9 to 12 months. Great management, undervalued compared to peers and catalysts coming in the future. Not to mention a great dividend while you wait. This thing is on sale, go buy it at a discount!!!
Selling is over obviously. That was the flush of scared people that shouldn't be in the stock market. Added cheaper and just took profit on only a couple thousand I bottom picked.
" I'll be out Monday morning pre market with $1.50 to $2.50 gain". Don't count your chickens before they hatch. This selling is not over by a long shot. I will wait couple weeks for $28.00 to buy in as scale in buyer.
I just backed the truck up at $31.77 and $31.53. Joke. I'll be out Monday morning pre market with $1.50 to $2.50 gain. This is when you act.

DELAWARE CITY, Del. (WPVI) -- Rescuers are on the scene of a fire the Delaware City Refinery.
The fire was reported shortly after 1 p.m. Friday at the facility in New Castle County.
Black smoke could be seen from several miles away.
The view from Chopper 6 showed flames shooting out of a building with firefighters pouring water on the blaze.
The fire was reported to be inside a catalytic cracker. It's described as a "a chemical reactor for converting oils with high boiling points into fuels with lower boiling points in the presence of a catalyst."
From the refinery's website:
The Delaware City refinery is located on a 5,000-acre site on the Delaware River, with the ability to accept crude by rail or waterborne cargoes. Delaware City possesses an extensive distribution network of pipelines, barges and tankers, truck and rail for the distribution of its refined products.
yep.........Marathon has a refinery out for a couple months, and BP has a big one, I think, in Indiana operating at 40% due to some problem.
