What the chances are of getting the big postal contract back and if so when it might happen? That whole situation was rather bazaar and I just don't understand it. Mgmt. did a lousy job of explaining it also. This co. is priced very cheaply by the market and I keep waiting for something good to happen here but it just doesn't. Can't seem to get much of a feel for current mgmt. If stock wasn't so cheap (P/B, P/S) I'd probably blow out of it and go elsewhere but it is selling at a bargain price and we live in a tumultuous world. Anyone have a handle on what is going on inside this co.?
Maybe they don't look in the mirror much...
Or more likely IMO they have an 800 pound gorilla legal team to have 'settlement's over 'allegations' such as not paying employees properly, rest break violations, harassment, discrimination, etc... Especially if you dig as far back as 2003 LOL.
I guess the time to get back in this would be when an announcement comes if they retain their contracts. It will probably jump over $3 again since it did that last time. Only time will tell since cases like this sometimes take a while.
and than down to 1,60 $ , all those who predicted that each one who bought some weeks ago for more than 2,20 will need a long time to get it back and end up as bagholder ,
congratulation to your courage , but don´t be angry because my prediction for this week till friday is far below 2 , around 1,60 - 1,80 . If I`m right you can buy more to make it cheaper to you , but I also think that it will need a long time to get back that prices from the one good day , even the prices from this week and last week and the week before will not come back so quick .
there is something called trend , and it`s against moc .
but good luck to you
Just bought more under $2.15. If the company is good enough to get those post office contracts, then they are good enough to get others. Unless they are crooked, Which I doubt. Well...maybe...lol. They are doing biz with the gubmint.
How long will the court keep the stay? Someone has to be there to protect the facilities. A company on the way out will not be a good protector. I am just curious about how a judge looks at the legal implications vs. the reality on the ground.
Guess who covered too soon? I made good money but I should have seen the writing on the wall that once we broke support at 2.50 it would be a long way's down.
don`t feel offended , but it`s going down , and not only today , so what do you talking about ? check the reality that time , maybe it changes some day . but if and when ??
Wrong, MOC has the contracts and it is written in legal documentation. Written in cement. ABM has to honour the contract given to MOC. End of story...
ABM is a loser, they should never fight the government. They are to honour and respect them.ABM go and fight someone else but not the government. LOSER.
