oh and reverse merger isn't prejudice with Sony, Samsung, Acer, Costco, Seiko, Phillips, VTech, and the rest of the world
your sarcasm was obvious. i posted in the 8s where this stock was going and it went there. fact is this stock is fairly priced , with smallish orders always without dollar amounts or time frames or completion dates. probably legit but with reverse merger stocks i suggest wariness. it was a nice short from 8 to 3.
Haven't had time to listen to the CC. It sounds like demand is there but according to the last one they were working on room to expand. How is this coming along and when will the increased production from their building expansion start?
Maybe Tesla will contract with HPJ to help meet their demand.
Nevada giga factory needs to be larger, and it will be a while before it is on line.
don't think he realized sarcasm....no new information we all see the earnings report and while not great they are on track with annual earnings...there is a huge amount of chinese gov't $ being put in to clean public transportation with only 7% of chinese with a car....right now shanghai is the big buyer but likely others can adopt that don't have the money to put in a subway system....plus there is always the potential of a buyout as they are a large operation low cost producer of rechargeable and electric products
I guess you don't realize how sarcastic I was really being, probably why you have this stock all wrong
huh? beat on an adjusted basis. and every meaningful metric was up sequentially. Too bad you are not listening to the cc. the future is bright for hpj - maybe not the next tesla - but the world is changing and this company is in a position to take advantage of it. I hope you covered your short at $4.00,
Sentiment: Strong Buy

it is definitely very important because if they pledged hpj shares they own as part of guarantee, the company would be seized by the banks in case of loan default, which means these guarantees don't really guarantee anything. They surely need to do more disclosures about the guarantees to investors.
It is unimportant to knows what are the personal guarantees. It only means the CEO & his wife & VP are personally liable for these debts if HPJ fail to pay or refinance these debts.
It is normal for any business loan to have the key executives to guarantee the debt instrument. It makes these guarantors to be diligent in run their company and to service those debts.
