Thanks for the response and to atlnsider as well - I am familiar with the prerequisites (chemo / tests) and loooong lead time prior to dosing a patient - my only point is that, short of some unforeseen funding / partnership news, the only news that I see on the horizon that will move the share price is sufficient progress being made such that investors will feel comfortable that the trials are being well received, and perhaps some optimism and share price appreciation as a result. Quarterly updates would be great. Thanks again.
DL, There was some discussion about this as well. The entire onboarding process is has been reported to take 2 full years from January 2016. Patients screened must go through chemo after diagnosis and then be tested after to qualify. As of 5/26, there were 70 patients screened and I believe 8 ephesed (blood samples taken from patients for manufacturing of immunizations). Keep in mind that most of this was in the US only because European approvals came later. Also, note that just because blood has been drawn for manufacturing, doesn't guaranty that the patient will still qualify after chemo.
Finally, first review of data is set to take place at about the time that enrollment is set to be completed. There will still be enough patients with significant length in program to warrant review. From the discussion at the meeting, I expect that there will be some sort of milestone enrollment announcements, but I don't know what numbers they are talking about or when they might be made.
dlangend; IMUCZ announced the 1st patient treated with ICT-107 on June 7th, but that does not neccessarily mean that there has not been any additional patients treated since June 7th (about 16 days ago). Several patients had been screened, and could possibly have been treated if they met the Inclusion criteria.
IMUC is not going to issue a press release for every patient randomized in the Phase 3 trial. I think they are planning to give us quarterly updates after the the initial announcement of the 1st patient.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Thanks Burbank. One thing that's been troubling me lately is the slow pace of onboarding patients. We stand at 1. Was there any discussion of how to move the trial along at a faster clip. We are a long way from the finish line, so seeing the number of patients start to ramp up would go a long ways towards share price appreciation; conversely, not seeing a fast ramp up might suggest that there is little to no interest in DC vaccines any longer.
Talk was about value and differentiation from competitors in the same space. Gengos is a very conservative CEO. Given the things we have seen at NWBO and others, I certainly don't think it is a bad thing. The Board appears aware that greater efforts to promote the company's value should be made, but only time will tell to see how that is manifested.
One example of value discussion is a product's revenue expectation. Gengos did not want to put out a number yet (after all the P-III only recently vaccinated its first patient), but there was some discussion along the lines of (ESTIMATES ONLY) 17,000 new glioblastoma diagnosis in a year in Canada, US and European countries. IMUC is targeting HLA-A2 population, or roughly 50% of annual new diagnosis--8500. From there, one needs to factor in market penetration and cost of treatment variables, which is where getting to this number gets dicey (and likely why Gengos might not be the right person to quote). Maxim and Roth reports might contain this info though.
Not sure what other info you are looking for, but most of the people there were either direct employees, board members or supplier (CPA, outside counsel, etc.) contacts. I was able to meet and chat with a couple of the board members immediately afterwards (before their Board Meeting), so I was happy to have gone to the Stockholder Meeting.
Sentiment: Strong Buy

I am here (message board & stock) now, not a few years ago. But I agree, it was much higher a few years ago, so yes, big drop since then, but I think it is unlikely that it would drop much more from your glamorous $0.25, certainly not another -80%. I think it is more likely that it will eventually be back to $1, that would make wonderful +300% recovery/gain.
Bwahahahaha just ask those investors that bought a few years back were their investment is? In the toilet my friend!!!
I hope you make it there, so you can let us know your personal experience with IMUC management team. Please keep us posted! Thanks.
