    More dilution on the way?

    by sensiseattle 17 hours ago

god you're dumb....they don't need to increase authorized to convert.....and the new shares that have been issued were to long term holders and Cadwell, not toxic debt funds.....yawn

its called a private placement...they've been doing them every month but you should know that since all you do is quote 10-q's. Are you really that dumb to think there wouldn't be dilution for a development stage company? Longs have said all along the share count will double.....and yes I own the preferred too at .001. HAHAHAHA........and all those transactions are restricted for 6 months so they can't just sell as you wrongly say

How will they ever get the stock to .0050, as that is where they want to be to convert their Series A notes. 1 for 1 on the conversion. Of course there will need to be an increase in the authorized share count to convert. Then the dilution of the common shareholder may begin. If it starts in my opinion you will be looking at the end. Hey, who knows, maybe they can get the price up 250% some how. I have kinda given up on making excuses for AMIC to myself. I doubt .0050 is going to happen anytime soon. Those days are long behind us, when I called a good catalyst at .0004.

  • Well James K bought, for $10,000, 10,000 Series A Preffered Convertible notes which convert into 10,000,000 shares of common stock. If you do the math he pretty much got a share for .0010. Now I do not think the stock traded at that price on the 21st when the transaction took place, but what the heck, he is the CEO right? Form 4 is available for review of course.

Now with Series A they may be able to get the money they invested back. All they have to do is convert those shares and sell in the open market. Much better than cash debt if you are the lender of the debt.

Actually you do not know that. Post where we can find that the RadioGel will not need human trials. It may not need them to file their de novo, I could see that, but there is no public evidence that prior to FDA approval to commercialize that AMIC will not have to do human trials.

You have mispoken or are knowingly lying. Probably both.

I do not have to search the 10q because I know it as well as the company in my opinion. I have also been correct. SERIES A PREFERED CONVERTABLE broke the bond shareholders had with the insiders. It gets preferential treatment and when converted is very dilutive to the common shareholder in my opinion. There is no way you can spin the numbers of that note to make it look good. Then there is a reverse split, which in my opinion will be followed shortly thereafter, by a large increase in the authorized share count.

So while you are posting garbage about buying this stock which will go to the moon, post some specific positives that are demonstratable to your thesis. Tangible positives from the SEC filings or PR. Demonstrate why anyone should buy these shares. If you can't then you have no catalyst and must just want to unload your shares on the buyer because you are so far underwater. You can sell anytime you know but you will have to do it on a downtick because I do not see much volume paying up for the stock.

The catalyst for more debt, dilution and difficult financing terms is what is upon us. Oh, by the way, I do not think anyone is short the stock. Maybe you can be but that would be pretty stupid. Once the R/S happens and the stock is priced a few bucks or higher it may make a great short investment.

Maybe they should have picked a better PR/IR firm. The stock is SELLING OFF hard on above average volume. Moves like this always make me thing there is some kind of leak but maybe it is just another investor who is flat out sick of no progress with the company or SP.

    SS

  • Wonder if there was a leak because someone looks to be exiting their position and quickly. Strong volume and negative SP action. Throwing in the proverbial towell. Never a bad idea when a Reverse Split is in the air and a much dilutive increase in Authorized shares. It is just my opinion but have seen it so many times with stocks in trouble. Companies without money, without shares and without financing solutions.

Are you on the PR Paid Pumper Roll Call? My goodness now is not the time to buy. Read the 10q and you will find there is not even one positive thing in there to grab and buy stock from. It is all bad. They released an 8k saying that they are going to do an RS and there will be no proxy to vote by common shareholders! That is about as negative as it gets. Since you did not read these things let me describe. They are going to do up to a 1:3000 reverse split, then in my opinion they will increase the Authorized Share count several millions of shares. Why, because they want to cover the Series A Preffered Convertible stock they issued to themselves to cover their debt. Why would they do that? Well, there is little chance that their MONEY would be paid back, so convert that debt to shares, then in my opinion you can convert the Preffered notes they have into stock and sell into the market.

That is Dilution 101. I see no cash coming in like grants or financing to cover their $1-$2 million cash burn rate per year. No reports on ISO Thera, no reports on the start of the WSU program, no investor conferences. There is a catalyst for dilution in my opinion. We are at the beginning of a new finance cycle. That would be a time I would definitely not buy on.

No volume, lunch money, and little to no share appreciation. If you wanted to sell just ten million shares in my opinion it would be very difficult and would happen on a down tick.

Good luck ignorant one. You telling folks this is about to pop is pretty disgusting, deceptive and ignorant.

Wake me up when there is actually news. Who cares if Jim can write an article? Start working on moving RadioGel in the right direction. No one wants to here about an article you penned for some club of scientists, led by an old buddy from PNNL. REALLY?

Stock is not moving. They write articles in a journal and that is news? How about exposing the company to some investors AMIC. Oh, wait, that is not a good idea. They do not have any shares to provide to a possible large investor. They still need to R/S 1:3000 and increase the AS before much money can be raised. At least at the moment they can't dilute shareholders. Wait until the proxybis released, that we get no vote on, announcing these manouvers. That will be when things get real interesting. Dilution, shorting and selling of shares is what I expect short term once R/S gets rolling. In my opinion we are at the front side of a new debt cycle with AMIC. All just my opinion!

People need to listen to smallcaptrdr24. He is spot on. I'm here because the #$%$ who run LieHub decided to jail me for a week and I cannot post there. Only shorts and bashers inhabit those boards and get preferential treatment. So for now I will post here. Longs will be rewarded for staying with this. Animal trials should be completed by March/April. A de novo filing shortly thereafter is expected. Lots of other news pending, i.e, the veterinarian angle for RadioGel, foreign interest in the device, debt reduction, etc.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy
