Man, I hope you are correct. The move to 1.5 billion and 2 billion were irrelevant share holder votes. A matter of process was all.
You see! That is conviction. That is why you buy this stock and not sell this stock. Just throwing money to the wind if you sell down to the bid. Stupid.
not true, cadwell once he has the preferred is only ~367M shares on top of 2B. cadwell doesn't control anything at the moment, he owns debt, not common stock.
So I ran out the numbers today. Selling rips and buying dips in ADMD throughout this year has been a good venture. Buying the low spot we have been in for a couple months and holding it has been solid on paper only but good. ADMD is my top performing stock in my portfolio year to date! In fact on a profit basis it is better than any other stock. Goes to show what this market has done the last four weeks but it also says a lot for exposure, AMIC has none.
This is a dip now, anything below 40 is a dip, and should be bought in my opinion. Very speculative so buy cautiously but it sure can be bought here with some semblance of safety and expected growth over the mid term.
Just thought it was a bit crazy so wanted to point it out. The way this is going it may be the year that folks who have AMIC talk about that it was pretty nice to carry in an otherwise horrid year for the greater market.
The common shareholder vote is so small compared to Cadwell's that you can vote but it does not matter as to the results. Every proxy and vote shareholders have been completely crushed because Cadwell allone has enough shares to determine the results.
This, is in fact, why I did not vote last time. It was not worth the time or stamp. Bill go back and look at the voting results. Cadwell decides all.
yes all common shareholders have a vote. The company will announce a record date and if you own the stock on that date you can vote. Preferred shareholders also get a vote but the Cadwell $5M hasn't been turned into preferred yet. The whole process takes months
Do common shareholders have a say? I think voting rights are reserved for preferred shareholders but I'm not 100% sure. I agree - dilution is months away and not immediate. I don't think we'll see dilution or R/S until this hits a penny or two and there's a lot of good news that has the potential push it that far north. Form 4 just released and PR should follow shortly. Should be a good run coming up. GLTA
Sentiment: Strong Buy
There are no shares available to raise new money so no dilution until reverse split. Can't reverse split without a proxy and shareholder vote.......dilution months away
Another benefit of owning a negative Beta stock. It's not tied to the General Market. It moves on it's own when it wants to.
My attitude on the YMB moves in sync with ADMD stock ticker. Today reminds me of a time I held another great pharma play in a market seeking upward momentum. Story on another post last week.
Knock on woooooooood. Millions of shares makes for $thousands$ per tick. Not a bad thing with our home search ongoing. Just prove the doubters wrong AMIC, one step at a time.
yeah I'm a pumper lmfao. At least I've been buying and make money and am proven right. What do you do besides question others and play both sides of the fence
