Looks like its time for everyone to jump in

    by smallcaptrdr24 Jan 20, 2016 8:41 AM

I believe that is about right. Once the compaign starts, buyers now sitting on the sidelines are going to want back in, or they'll be sorry and chasing.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

People need to listen to smallcaptrdr24. He is spot on. I'm here because the #$%$ who run LieHub decided to jail me for a week and I cannot post there. Only shorts and bashers inhabit those boards and get preferential treatment. So for now I will post here. Longs will be rewarded for staying with this. Animal trials should be completed by March/April. A de novo filing shortly thereafter is expected. Lots of other news pending, i.e, the veterinarian angle for RadioGel, foreign interest in the device, debt reduction, etc.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

if you're that dumb to think a catalyst is hidden in financial statements, especially of a biotech you're clearly 10x dumber than we all thought, lmao....I'll tell you what, you go scour the 10-Q for a negative catalyst just like all you short a0holes have been doing for a year....none of the theories have come true

Shares on the cheap? That is hilarious! You must not have noticed where the decimal point is right now on the SP. The numbers are getting smaller, not bigger, Busy.

It was not illegal. What they did was sell stock below the par, breaking a rule. The facilitator of the sale should have not executed those trades. Money and/or shares were returned. To the toxic debtors defense it was poor performance by AMIC not to reserve shares for the investors. Now maybe the investors should have had that term before they gave AMIC money.

We have a similar situation now with SERIES A PREFERRED CONVERTIBLE. There are no shares to back it up IMO. They have to do "when issued" to cover the Series A. I beleive that between the wipeout from the last dilutive financing and the fact that AMIC has a share shortage, any investor crazy enough to give the company even a penny, is thoroughly turned off to the idea.

Bad track record for AMIC IMO.

Why so hard? It is house money bro. What are you, a surfer dude? I am not your bro but I am the guy who called catalyst down at 4 going into a huge run. Some bought and made money. Now I am the guy who likes to reference 10q, dilutive issues and R/S timings. They are all good opinions. Folks may interpret it as negative but to me they are just statements that I feel are supported by the company's own filings. They also have a catalyst. A catalyst for new financings, born by the shareholders of the company. That money may help the company grow but has not done so yet, per 10Qs.

Now it may not make others happy but reality should be recognized, not emotional. When an individual post outlandish statements like a PR firm is going to somehow increase SP, then I may post it is irrelevant in my opinion, but the stock is doing a fine job of demonstrating that. When a buy call comes in complete irrelevance then I may post from the SEC 10Q.

What has puzzled me in this SP collapse is that the pumpers who are high on the stock never reference the facts in the 10Q to support their position. It may make it easier to get on board if they did, but maybe they are just high, and high on the stock.

I posted when a catalyst formed that could result in an increase in share price, it would be stupid to think that I would not, or should not, post when a catalyst is forming that will decrease the share price.

Very common sense. It does not bother me at all. I have no emotions generated from the stock. Well, that is not true, I get a kick out of what I read here. So it gives me happiness, this board that is, not the stock.

Nice EOD paint job there. Never understood why a buyer would not just let it fall. Not enough volume for a readable PR leak to trade off of.

As always will post when I add, if ever. It will be on a catalyst that I might share with the board. Depends on the knucklehead bedwetter factor around when it happens. Will be a while, I am certain of that for all reasons I have previously posted.

Why? What in the 10Q generates a positive catalyst? Be specific now smallbraintrdr. Keep away from the debt conversion, that is just fancy accounting, and the debt is still there in all its glory. In fact even more debt due to fees. Anyway, you must be looking at a different chart. ADMDs is in a solid downtrend. They are going into a new phase of financing, a negative and dilutive cycle in my opinion. Or maybe they will quit. The R/S should happen any day and I think a new batch of authorized shares will be requested and granted. Then the issuing can happen, and selling. I am not so sure that even with shares they could get a major investor. It would likely be on very bad terms for all if they did. All my opinion.

Good luck pumping......and lieing. Look forward to see that 10Q research to back up your pumps, or lies, or whatever they call them on these MBs.

My goodness volume comes up and she works steadily lower. It is forming a trend over these recent days. The shareholders are restless and who wouldn't be? No news on a contract and/or progress with ISO studying RadioGel, no confirmation of a study at WSU Vet Medicine, and no investors injecting cash into the company. The last one is easy, there really are no shares in any quantity to issue. I do not see what AMIC is waiting for on the reverse split and an authorization of new shares. Investors know where this is at and I think many are considering throwing in the towell. After all we are working quickly to the 14 I thought we would see Friday, or early next week.

I think they should split now before the SP craters to sub 10 but AMIC is sooooo shareholder friendly (sarcasm) that they will probably try to wait until they figure out how to suck in some dumb money and raise the SP. I do not think they will get that though.

Anyways, not a good chart and do not let anyone tell you differently. What is behind/under the chart is what matters, not the chart.

  • no r/s for months...stocks go up and they go down.....this will be wayyyyyyyyyyyyy up soon

  • She has no SP strength and volume is horrendous. I suspect that the R/S date is starting to become clear. Keep on ear and eye out for that. They may even increase the authorized at the same time. I saw CTIC do that, more than once I believe. Would really be a headwind to the stock. May lose the balance of retail investors. Yet, I get the feeling that there is not a care in the world for retail investors. We may be a burden under the circumstances. Maybe this week the stock gives a 14 again.
