Let's see what happens. GI Bill money will be dropping and there are so many other options for students, including Liberty University and Penn State Global. Have you noticed how Penn State is advertising? If not, send me an email and I'll show you how they are targeting working adults.
Think you have to take a longer view. Investors expecting positive news on the conversion from profit to not for profit may be disappointed but I'm very positive about the direction and initiatives of the university and the results have been good. Property taxes in Arizona may put the conversion on the table again at some point in the future. I also think their competitive position is strong and the combination of on-line higher education and on the ground education provides a strong game plan. They continue to buy back shares and have extended their authorization to $100 mil though 12/17. I really like what they're doing so come on back into the fold.
Beat for the qtr on revs and earnings but lowered outlook below two analysts estimates. I'd look to sell 40 puts for June at $1+. Looks like someone did earlier in the day at $1.20 when stock traded under $40. Smart move!
