I figure the lawsuits will fade away over time, but they are an annoying expense for now. I assume (but have no knowledge) that Red Bull has some of the same, but it does not get reported because Red Bull is a private company.
Monster will becoming out with a caffeine free product in Sept. UNLEADED, don't have a clue how this one will be accepted. I hope they become more diversified in a number of ways to take a little heat off of them. It's amazing to me, you hardly hear anything about Red Bull and others in these lawsuits. When there is blood in the water the sharks are right there. I have read up on allot of these suits and so many have so little foundation. It seems the real ER problem are those that are mixing them with alcohol, that is not Monster's fault. Monster remains strong company, doing some really good things in the sports arena around the world. Let's hope they remain strong and innovative.

There was a report on Benzinga of chatter about a negative Nielsen report. I was unable to find any confirmation of this anywhere, but I also don't have access to the Nielsens data.
Is anyone aware of anything new? The copyright suit brought by Beastie Boys was concluded for a relatively modest sum (which I understand Monster is going to appeal). That was several days ago and in any event not enough to affect the stock price imho.
You obviously are posting on the wrong board rbak.
