Stock closed at $0.0004 this week. and the high of the week was a little higher $0.0005. So whats your point Anyways? the stock grew by 33.34% in value since you started this post.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
The debt holders might know if there is a buyout. I don't know what Roy told them. It would make no difference to them because they don't get anymore money than they are already owed. They aren't the source of a sell off. They are the source of dilution. There is no demand for shares thus they go down in price. I am selling once news hits. Could be today. I just don't know.
It seems to me that the debt holders would have the best knowledge of any possible buy-out, yet you maintain that they are the source of the sell-off. Why?
You plan on selling shortly? And miss the big payday?
As far as due diligence goes, I think you are consulting the unicorns and rainbow clouds of usnretrm. All I look at are 10-Q's and solid numbers.
But time will tell who is right... day to day, as you say.
You need to look beyond Loony Tunes. Roy had other products from Bravo. I know of atleast two that he has produced to present to potential bidders.
The reason why the stock is dropping is because the debt holders want their money. They are done loaning Roy money and Roy knows it. The only way Roy can keep the company going is to sell it. So they are cashing in their shares. I would expect to see another reverse split either the end of this year or early next year. That makes no difference to me. I will be out the stock before then.
We are still day by day when it comes to news. If you did a little due diligence you might be to.
- Buy your research (dreams)... I think not.
-Dr. Pepper/Snapple? More likely the Pope will buy it to replace holy water.
-Roy still has the Bravo products? Do you really think he still has the rights to the Looney Tunes brand? And what value would Tweety Bird be to a weight trainer?
-"Roy has no choice but to sell the company outright. " No, there is one other big option -Bankruptcy .
- If there was ANY indication there was a buyer for ATTD, why is the stock price dropping week after week?
Take off your "milk goggles" and accept reality.
In my opinion I think Dr. Pepper/Snapple maybe interested. If not buying the company outright then distributing the product. Coke has Core Power which tastes like #$%$. Pepsi is still distributing Muscle Milk which was originally produced for animals and contains no milk. Have you ever tried a Phase III. Best product out there. Have you talked to Roy about what he has in his pipeline? He has all of the products from Bravo and he can flavor Phase III any flavor he wants. Do you know how well the Phase III sold in the Boston area? I think it was a test market and it sold very well there.
Roy has no money. He can no longer produce Phase III or come out with new products. Roy has no choice but to sell the company outright. He needs the cash.
I have been buying more. I have put 5k into this since the beginning of the year. Not to mention all of the money I had into it prior to the reverse split. I think we are day by day when it comes to news.
There is more I know but won't say because I did the work so I hope to reap the reward. If you want to pay me I will tell all.
LOL... who would want to buy the rights to this failure? Do you really think Roy is fielding offers from the likes of Coke and Pepsi? The demand for Phase III is very limited, as sales have shown. There is no value in the product or the formula. All smoke and mirrors by Roy, just as he did with Bravo and China Peregrine.
Back on 07-16-14 you posted "I bought more today, and will continue to do so if it slides" and the price at that time was .001. Are you still buying ATTD?
All of the current product he had expired this month. It is my personal opinion we are day by day now when it comes to getting some news. I expect Phase III to be picked up and national distribution announced soon.
The last reported production run was last August. If the product expires in one year, then you are correct. But why announce a new sales channel if you have nothing to sell? Check Amazon at the end of August to see if Phase III is still available.
As to why drag it out (bankruptcy)- every week Attitude Drinks hangs in there, Roy and his boys get to draw another paycheck. At a reported $181K in 2012 for Roy, that's a nice piece of change.
Sentiment: Strong Sell
The product expires next month. Why bother trying to sell it there. It is useless. We don't know maybe Roy sold the remaining inventory. It doesn't matter to me now. If Roy was going to declare bankruptcy why not dilute more shares, file the financials and declare bankruptcy? Why drag it out until August? Something is going to happen soon, buyout, brand sale or bankruptcy. I guess we will find out when we find out.
