  • I have been wrongly accused of having it in for all longs. While I disagree with their insupportable and frankly dimwitted dumb shows and noise, I don't necessarily dislike all longs. As proof consider the following:
One is a former long and one is still current.
    1. Norby: he was an old--85--classy gentleman and while I did not agree with him he was for the most part courtly as well as cordial at least in his lucid moments when posting. He is gone because sadly, his heirs and family had him committed and placed his assets in an irrevocable living trust. The administrator cleaned out all the garbage investments and so Norby is no longer a long courtesy of BS family. Norby is now ensconced in a home in Maryland called Before Heavenly Rest if you wanna write to him. These days he is Tiddlywinks champion at the home. Good for you Norby and we miss you. You gave the bored some class.
    2. Frazier: I don't really know why and I cannot put my finger on it but Frazier is a very decent person. He does not have a mean bone in his body. The worst he has said about anyone is idiot and to his credit it was it me. While Frazier cannot be accused of being the sharpest knife in the pantry, he tries to have a sense of humor about him. Admittedly, I like Frazier and that is why I gave him some grew advice about opening a spectacles shop in Honolulu called Hawaiian Eyeland and royalty free use of the name. Frazier you creme a good guy and I wish you would come to your senses wrt Star. It's a scam where a slick talking used car salesman has been replaced by a moose faced CMO. Bad for Star's image. You will lose all your money and be unable to open Hawaiian Eyeland.

    Fair and balanced,

Why wasn't this announced at the CC? This is material. Shouldn't an 8K have been issued? I don't know about you but something smells rotten as in eggs.

Sadly, there is no confirming study or results to date that ABLOC is significantly effective wrt humans. The jury is out thus far. Further, messing around with the immunological system/inflammatory response could not only be risky but downright dangerous. Instead of aiding in the prevention of cancer or ameliorating its effects, ABLOC's suppressitory effects could exacerbate the cancer's own suppressing mechanisms thus inhibiting a meaningful immunological system wide response.

Therefore, wise advice, which my own personal physician has proffered, is to forgo consuming these
so called supplements until more is known and more rigorous testing is performed upon humans. Most individuals concerned with their overall health would be wise to adhere to this sound advice. This alone is a good reason to be confident that ABLOC sales will not grow significantly for some time to come and pps will linger at current and most likely significantly much more lower levels.

Bottom line: very questionable product which might be dangerous to your health and extremely expensive to boot. My advice? Knock, knock--say no to ABLOC.

Chronic inflammation has also been linked to fraud and three card Monty schemes. Perfect evidence of this is a company called Star Scientific which chameleon like intends to change its name to Rock Creek Pharmaceuticals in order to mask its unsavory past including a documented stock promoter CEO. This CEO has been replaced by a moose faced accused sexual harrasser who is engaged upon a part time basis with a ridiculously high compensation paid by dimwitted shareholders. It jest never ceases to amaze me how supposedly compus mentus "investors" fall for this foolishness which is obvious on its face. Anatabine was touted for its promising efficacy wrt ALZ. The moose faced CEO had a background wrt this disease and was supposedly hired because of it. Now we hear that ALZ will not be a priority and other as yet unnamed disorders are planned to be pursued at significant cost and time. Stalling if you ask me. Continuing the pyramid scheme under the dubious veneer of a credentialed but moose faced accused sexual molester. And yet MB longs still rabbitly( it is Easter so used instead of rabidly which reminds one of dogs of which Star is one) believe and drink the kool aide.

You jest can't make this stuff up. Reality is stranger than fiction.
    Miraculously,

I cannot believe the lengths to which dimwitted but nefarious longs will go to prop up a losing cause by fabricating testimonials like this. Look guys, if ABLOC was the second coming like these mythic testimonials would have you believe and after several years of sales why are sales declining? Why isn't Star at least at break even? Why is the FDA harassing them?

And instead of turning back the clock, a better slogan and much in keeping with the predilections of the CEO would be:

    STIFFEN YOUR COX WITH ANATABLOX

    TOUGH LOVE,

So what does this have to do with Star as an investment? Absolutely worthless post. I have seen scientific literature linking chronic inflammation to dimwittedness. The connection to longs and Star is obvious.

Chronic Inflammation Linked to High-Grade Prostate Cancer

Elizabeth A. Platz, Sc.D., M.P.H., a professor in the Department of Epidemiology at the Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health and the School of Medicine is quoted as saying

“I think there will be strategies going forward for either preventing inflammation or intervening when it occurs

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • Thanks to Judith Auerbach over on Supplement-Geek ------------

"I’ve just had a rather interesting development. I had to have a minor surgical procedure done last week and I either had an allergic reaction to the plastic in the thing they use to hold your mouth open during surgery (I had anesthesia but inasmuch as my oxygen utilization was 99%, they decided not to intubate me, just keep my mouth open and tongue out of the way, etc.) or I had a reaction to one of the drugs they gave me, but it triggered a terrible sore throat and then postnasal drip, which wouldn’t stop.
I was gargling with salt water and cayenne pepper, using my neti pot, taking Mucinex, etc. and I just couldn’t stop it and have been feeling terrible what with the deep coughing, etc. and unable to sleep. I took my regular dose of Anatabloc in the morning and then another dose around 3PM.
I guess I must have registered feeling better after taking it before but somehow because of my foggy brain this past week, it didn’t REALLY register until I was sitting at the computer and really being conscious of my nose feeling clearer and my head not hurting so much.
It felt as if someone had turned off a water tap suddenly. Then it dawned on me that the Anatabloc was offsetting the inflammation I’ve been having."

I thought we were over due for an excellent testimony.

TURN BACK THE CLOCK WITH ANATABLOC!

    Sentiment: Strong Buy
