I'm in , Boys. I've achieved my goal. I own a piece of the Rock. I own a chunk of NYC. SLG is the largest commercial landlord in the city. They have a new skyscraper going up adjacent to Grand Central Station. A little chunk of that building is mine. All mine. I wanted to be invested in the Big Apple. I now aspire to own more SLG. Quite frankly the 2.2% dividend is kind of low compared to my other REITs. What's up with that? I know REITs are required to pay out 90% of income as dividends. Anyhow I'm in for the long haul. Or maybe the medium haul as I'm 55. Hopefully not the short haul, but you never know. The important thing is I have an equity stake in Manhattan. I am greedy in that way. I also own Con Ed. I aspire to own more Con Ed and SLG because I want to be part of the Manhattan story. I am an investor. In that way, I am a businessman.
