I love GM and the holy UAW and hate Toyota. I post lies on the TM board because of my manly love to satisfy the legendary JEYE
Sentiment: Strong Sell
Rather stay at my lake home.Detroit sounds like the place for you.
"Hey Personality----I was thinking about going to Detroit for a weekend getaway.Any good suggestions for sight seeing?Any $1,000 homes for sales???"
OMG - you're dumb as a box of rocks...
There are PLENTY of things to do and sights to see in the Detroit metro area. Only YOU would be so STUPID to suggest a sightseeing expedition to see poor neighborhoods and cheap homes. You could do that in MANY cities.
Your family vacations must SUCK and your family must hate you for your suggestions...
"OK Mr Ain't you cash in your 1,000 shares of Government Motors on Monday & collect your $31,000 & I'll cash in my 1,000 of Toyota & collect $132,500.What school did you go to??????"
OMG you're a MORON!!!
It's about a return on investment, MORON. You had to SPEND over $132K just to buy those 1000 shares. Meanwhile, for $31K you can buy 1000 shares that will proved WAY more of a return that toyoDUH.
No wonder you're so STUPID...

Oh, and scammy, you should look at a few other key statistics to better answer your original question of which 1000 shares you'd like to own.
- take a look at dividend yield. Which company offers a better return?
- which has a better debt/cash ration?
- which significantly outsells the other here in the most profitable market in the world?
- which had a better profit margin for business in the US in the most recent quarter?
"Which one would you like to own?"
GM, of course. NEVER toyoDUH...
A winner or a once bankrupt car company?"
toyoDUH ain't a winner. How long ago was GM restructured? And for how long was it in that process? A mere blip on the timeline of a great automaker...
"Your Personality owns Government Motors."
Yes - but not a lot and all outside of my 401K. No complaints AT ALL about either...
Now how smart is that???????"

heck - even the MORON scammy hasn't posted here since the 10th.
I guess there's just not a lot of good to talk about thus the lack of MORON posters that pump this pig...
I know - isn't it TERRIBLE?!?! Especially since it's toyoDUH.
But, you have to be careful when looking at debt and making statements. Look at the components of debt first because it's likely that a lion's share of it is because of the finance portion (as a result of customer leasing or buying toyoDUH vehicles using toyoDUH's $$). In other words, the eventual revenue from this type of debt will exceed the outlay of those that borrowed/leased.
