I'm not worry about the delisting, but I assumed the stock will trade near these level for a month or more. Eventually I'm confident it will rise. Just more silly games by UNTK.
Technically, I'm a lender too. I have already issued myself plenty of cheap shares. And as a lender I would preferred the price to be a lot higher for me to dump my shares. Sure they can issue themselves 100m shares. But it would benefit them more if the price was a lot higher. Down here we are pretty much in the same boat.
I've seen a lot of these 8-k regarding the 'Creation of a Direct Financial Obligation' filings and it usually result in a price drop of the stock. I routinely scanned for these looking for value. It usually take 2 months or more before the rise in price. It could be sooner, who knows? You just got to know what to look for. And it is looking good.
Also, I'm glad you finally admit to manipulation. Thanks for the cheap shares.
there might be manipulation, but so what if there is? it's not hard to manipulate a stock if you control all of the debt and the fate of the company. there is no way to win win the other guy is the dealer and can see your cards.
I said the company will survive, not that the stock will survive. The lenders could issue themselves 100m shares in exchange for some of the debt. That would leave the shareholders holding the bag, as the saying goes. And I was right about 40c, have you looked at the stock price?
I thought you said once it closes below .40 it was all over for the company. Now you say it will probably survive....Good times to get cheap shares then?
You just reveal the manipulation that is going on. Thanks for the cheap shares.
I'm no victim. I never once had any disillusion about this company. I see manipulation. Nothing more. Great opportunity for me to double down. I guess I will have to wait a little longer for my profits but the cheap shares makes up for the wait.
probably will get delisted, which isn't a big deal. I haven't noticed that listing/delisting ever does much for a stock. it all depends on what the lenders do. UNTK is worth more alive than dead (in order to keep the DTV contract, UNTK has to stay out of default), so it probably will survive, depends how much bad the terms are. Basically a coin flip at this point.
Who cares about earnings. If you care about earnings, pick a real stock. Like Apple or Google. This is a low-rent stock. All it does is play silly games.
